• No smoking or vaping. This is a smoke-free unit. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco products is not permitted inside the unit. Smoking inside the property is subject to a $500.00 fine

• Primary guest must be 21+
• Please note that quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighboring guests and residents
