  • Property #2: This comfortable 2-bed home is the perfect Paso Robles retreat, ideal for two couples or small groups. The home sleeps up to four guests, with each bedroom featuring its own private bath for added comfort and convenience. Enjoy dedicated parking, washer/dryer & a pull-out futon for extra flexibility. Located within walking distance of the Mid-State Fair, Paso Market Walk, & downtown City Park, this is the perfect home base for wine tasting, dining, events, and exploring Paso Robles.

    Centrally located, this downtown home is close to everything. Located on the main street in Paso Robles you can walk to the Mid-State Fair, Paso Market Walk, and even Downtown. We are minutes away from wineries, breweries, tasting rooms, many restaurants and Lake Nacimiento. Come and stay in one of the best located homes in town. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed. The large bedroom has a California king bed and also an extra pull out futon for kids.

    We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. There is a deck with a propane grill. There is one television in the living room. The large room has a Cal King bed and also a double size futon. The small room has a Queen size bed. Only 2 pets are allowed at a time and we ask that you keep your furry family members off of the beds and furniture.

    This home is truly centrally located in Paso Robles.
    We are walking distance to the Paso Market Walk which has restaurants, a coffee shop, bakery, wine tasting, brewery, etc. We are also one block away from the grocery store, 3 blocks way from the Paso Robles Event Center where the California Mid-State Fair is held, and the downtown city park is 8 blocks to the south.

    You are able to use the entire home and the back deck. We have a key pad combo for easy access. You will receive your code the day of your arrival. There is one off street parking space and all other parking is on the street which is almost always free of cars and easy to park.
    NOTE: Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Most importantly, they are not allowed to be left alone unattended at any time.
    I will be available anytime via the app and/or cell phone.

Great location for everything you’ll want to do when visiting Paso Robles. Easy walk to all the activity in downtown, plus quick access to the highways for adventures into the surrounding wine country. The home was super clean, nicely appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and effortless. Would book again in a heartbeat when returning for another visit.

Very cute, very clean place to stay in Paso Robles. It is just a few blocks from the downtown park and it is an easy 10 minute walk. The place is as described in the listing. If you are bringing a dog it is important to note that there is no fenced in yard but there is a place for them to use to relieve themselves on a leash. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms.

The house is conveniently located near the downtown area, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, stores. We very much enjoyed our stay - the decor and furnishings were welcoming and the house was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The property manager responded very quickly to inquires prior to arrival and during our stay. He also provided an excellent list of restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. We recommend this rental and will stay here again when visiting Paso. (To be noted: We appreciated the comments regarding the street noise so our expectations were set before arriving and it did not detract from our experience.)

Perfect Location, Cute House

This cozy home was perfect for our stay! House was very clean and perfectly located. There is a market a block away and the main downtown area was close enough to walk to. The wineries we visited were 10-20 minutes away as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend and hope to stay again.

Wine country

We spent a week in Paso Robles exploring the area and vineyards. The property was conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and was well equipped. Other than the street noise, we had no complaints and would recommend this property.

I made a mistake and booked this place for one day in advance of when we were in Paso. The host, Eric, graciously made the place available with only a few hours warning on the night we were actually there. The house itself was awesome. My wife is wanting to remodel our bathroom so it looks like the one in this house. Thank you, Eric.

Perfect Place in Paso

Can't say enough good things about the house - great location, extremely clean and well-appointed, easy walk into town and only an eight minute drive to Sensorio. Communication with our host both before and after our stay was quick and easy and we definitely appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We so enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone passing through Paso. Thanks so much.

Wine & Great Friends

This house is beautifully updated and very well stocked. Comfy beds and great location except for the traffic noise. But when you’re on the main street it’s to be expected, and we got used to it. Eric was extremely prompt in responding to questions and had great recommendations for where to go. We had a great time and would recommend Eric’s home.

Nice 2 Couple House

Traveled to Paso for a few days with another couple. None of us have been to Paso in a few years. Overall the house was a good place for us two couples. Spring St is a busy, noisy street going through town. When did that happen? 😆 House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed mattresses in both rooms funneled you toward your bedmate in the middle 😉 Thisis a good place to consider if you are spending a few days in Paso.

Paso Robles Visit

Spent the weekend staying in this little Spring Street house. Overall the house was quite lovely. Though located on a very busy street, the traffic noise died down in the evening. The property was cute and cozy and worked well for our needs. There was a few not so great issues: - No “welcome to our home” instructions anywhere. Took us over an hour and the need to text for help just to ge the television working. It turned out we needed to turn on the cable box…..it would have been NO ISSUE had there been a little card with instructions. - There was about 1/4 of a roll of paper towels on the roll int he kitchen….but no replacement roll to be found. - The house utilized 1ply toilet paper….come on, spring for 2-ply. - The drawer in the bathroom that housed the blowdryer had quite a few long dark hairs stuck to the bottom. Gross. My hair is silver and very short….so…..it was not cleaned out from previous guests. Again….come on. Apart from the items listed above the house was lovely, that being said, these things are very easily remedied, I hope they are taken to heart, if so, we will certainly be back!
