« Not being aware that we had all those stairs to carry our luggage up, wasn’t a good start. The unit was clean mostly but it is in need of a deep clean and de clutter of the wardrobes and hall cupboard. If things don’t work or are broken, throw them out.I had to vacuum a lot of dust build up on top of the bedroom curtains, window sills and screens before we could sleep in the rooms.Nothing I could do about the mildew on the back of the curtains.Position is great, as was the view of the ocean....

« Very clean and comfortable room. I only had one issue and it might not be a concern for others. The pipes and sinks gurgled and made lots of noise. They never backed up but I was concerned at times they would. Very convenient to the lobby and Uber. But a lengthy walk down to get to the strip. »

« Enjoyed staying here. Nice it was just off the strip but connected to mgm casino. The tram was easy to use and very close by. Took advantage of the lazy river and the pool. We will stay here again. »

« Excellent location a couple of blocks from central Strip - easy walk to most destinations during our trip. Very clean with large living area/full kitchen, bedroom with adjacent large bathroom, another smaller bathroom and balcony (no outside seating provided however). Easy access to MGM Grand via enclosed, above ground walkway. Would definitely choose this location for a future trip to Las Vegas. »

« We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! The suite was exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. So much so that I’ll be mattress shopping for that exact mattress when I get home! We didn’t need to contact the hosts during our stay, but their thoughtful and consistent communication made it clear they’d be easy to reach if anything came up. The resort itself was a great bonus! I was pleasantly surprised by the super convenient indoor walkway to the MGM...

« Great stay at Joe and Debra's condo. They were incredibly responsive and their instructions were spot on! Their building connects to MGM which makes it easy to get to strip without walking out to roads. It's very convenient to everything. The pool area was clean and all the service was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again. »

« I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. That may be my last. Owner Rafael, great communication, great man. I suggest that he visits, pulls the couch, looks...
