« am writing this review following an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. The online check-in system is simply not operational. I spent several hours trying to obtain the access codes, sending messages that received replies only after long delays, sometimes hours, and with phone numbers that did not work. There is no written procedure explaining how to retrieve the codes, and no clear instructions from the hotel at all. Access to the room required payment of a small tourist tax,...

« Roam is clean. 3 restaurants at 5 min walk. Peacefull place. No traffic. Only streets with beautifuls houses. Breakfast food is perfect. Close to airport. »

« The location was difficult to find but it was very well located, the room was large and comfortable, it lacks cleaning and comfort details such as hand soap or a hair dryer in the room to charge as if they were, but it includes breakfast and parking which are two great advantages. »
