« Check-in was smooth, there was consistent communication with Dwayne since before our arrival to the island. The accommodations were clean and well kept. Check-out was just as smooth and communication with the host during the trip was received with ready and...

« This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced. The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should...

« Absolute Paradise - The perfect beachfront getaway in NevisOur stay at this beautiful beachfront villa in Nevis was nothing short of magical. The location could not have been better, with the beach at the bottom of the garden, and with Nesbitt Plantation being closed, it becomes your own personal beach. « This was a wonderful experience for a family of 3, but the place provides accommodations for up to 12, including the 2 really cute guesthouses. Gorgeous property especially the gardens, and the outdoor space including the private pool and gazebo. Beach right in front is essentially private as well, we never saw anyone else there. Can beach/swim right there, also snorkel (suboptimal like elsewhere in Nevis). The house itself, while not luxurious in amenities, is very clean, functional and well...

« Koi Villa is an incredible property! We had a group of 12 and enjoyed our week in St. Kitts. This property is right on the Atlantic Ocean. We had a breeze that blew constantly keeping you cool and no problems with bugs. The island of St. Kitts has terrific people and food. Our group has traveled throughout the Caribbean and St. Kitts is a favorite.Call Keneshia the Guest Services Manager and reserve this property! »
