« MOLD and DIRTY BEDDING. The rooms they tried to make us stay in had mold in the bathroom and dirty bedding. We had to leave within 30 minutes of checking in because of the dirty and unsafe conditions of the room. I have stayed in some gross hotels but never had to do this. Despite the front desk associate understanding and acknowledging, the manager later refused to give us a refund even though we did not stay due to the dirty and unsafe conditions. « The young lady who checked me in (she had no name tag) was very professional and welcoming. She explained a few things about the hotel check out. She gave me my room key and directed me towards my room. The room was large and clean. There was a 6 foot couch, a desk with a chair, a huge dresser, and the king size bed.
