« Host was welcoming and very accommodating. Rooms were as pictures showed. View was lovely and walk to the beach was easy. Beach not crowded but no chairs to rent but host provided beach towels. Walk to grand anse beach was 45 minutes and shorter if you hop on local bus for 1us dollar. Mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. Large kitchen and common area. We ate our meals and spent our evenings on the large covered deck. Recommend this property. »

« The property appears to be a typical grenada home, perched on a hill. It is within walking distance of the Spice Island Marine Services boatyard where we were comissioning the boat. Best however to have a car rented, as the location is close to the number 1 bus but up a long hill. We were hoping to extent 10 days but the place was booked on the requested extension dates. Carla is a delight to work with, and as it turns out she helped us find a place in another property that she knew was...

« Great place. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and easy access to the bay. This is the bottom unit of a stacked duplex, but we didn’t hear the upstairs neighbors unless we were outside on deck. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice to have more information at the residence about the island (I.e. good beaches to visit, recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc). »

« We had another wonderful stay at Tradewinds. Fantastic location, incredible view, spacious, well appointed, well maintained home. Just perfect. You’ll never tire of sitting out on the veranda, soaking in the view and sea breeze. Amanda is so friendly and an excellent communicator. 5 star rental. « The apartment was really nice, clean and functional. It's located in a quiet and beautiful area, full of green and with really lovely and welcoming people all around. Ritchie was available to answer any of our questions at anytime, and was ready with suggestions and recommendation for anything we might want to do on the island. Joan took care of us at the apartment and even showed us around in town. We hope to come back to Grenada and stay again. Would recommend. »

« I needed to find another apartment. The property was not as advertised. There were cracks on the stairs. There was a smell of urine in the bathroom. There were debris on the side of the property.
