« We arrived and the same night we could not figure out what room we stayed in and the host did not answer any messages or phone calls after some time I went threw my emails and finally found the room number once we got to the room we tried using the code for the lock box but it never worked so my boyfriend just turned the door handle and it opened meanwhile the keys where still in the lock box our entire stay we where never able to lock our door after leaving to ensure our stuff was safe but...

« We arrived and the rooms hadn't been cleaned, and towels/sheets were still on the floor. The host wasn't responsive to calls or messages where we provided pictures of the rental's condition. 5 stars to Vrbos customer service who very quickly helped us find alternative housing when the host didn't respond. We received a (very) brief apology from the host the day after, which was the only contact we had with them nearly a day after reaching out for support. We'd definitely use Vrbo again given...
