« Great house with three air-conditioned bedrooms with attached full baths. We loved cooking breakfast in the big kitchen and taking it out with our coffee to the outdoor dining table on the porch overlooking the water as there was always a cool breeze in the morning. Sitting by the pool with a drink in hand and watching the sunset was also a highlight. It is a three minute walk down to the beach and a six minute walk to the sandbar which has chairs to rent for 10. The owners are very responsive...

« Very unique house with great views. The property could use some repairs and maintenance, but overall a good experience. »

« Ocean was visible at a distance. Only suitable for older children who can be separate from adult supervision as the rooms are separated and require having to go outside stairs to access each other. Friendly and helpful staff. Location can loud with passing vans, dogs barking. Slight bug problem on ground floor. »

« Incredible view, remote house, no ac or tv’s, which for the most part was good. Some nights it was a little too humid/hot for sleeping, but if you open all of the windows the breeze made it ok. Beds were very hard. Overall great place for value and disconnecting. »

« Had a peaceful stay at the Sandrati Villa. Jason (the property manager) was delightful and consistently available with questions. We were allowed to check in early allowing us to visit Princess Margaret beach and Belmont beach sooner! The villa does look like the photos but it is a little worn in real life. The main living room, dining and kitchen does not have AC but you can open the foldable/sliding doors to obtain a natural breeze. The AC units are only in the bedrooms. Thank goodness for AC!...

« Don't be fooled by the advert. It's not what it seemed. We visited late December, 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had great expectations; large villa, hot tub for the grandchildren to play in. Unfortunately the tub didn't work and looked aged, had a very sharp tap pointing into the tub, the deck became very slippery when it rained and there was no protection on the back of the deck to prevent accidental falls, especially by the kids playing. The en suite bathroom in the front bedroom proved to be...

« My wife and i spent a week on Bequia at Sadewa Villa. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. Communication with both the booking and property managers was flawless. We reached out several times for info from Jason and his responses were both accurate and quick. The house is in a wonderful location with both ocean and mountain views that you never tire of. The drive from Port Elizabeth is a (hilly!)10 minutes or less experience. There are local restaurants and beaches within a...

« We absolutely enjoyed staying at Calmando! Host Francis and housekeeper Edwin are just fantastic. The beaches nearby is »

« First of all, our group owns and manages several vacation properties on the east coast and in St Thomas so we have high expectations. This is a beautiful house and well decorated with comfortable furnishings. Our hostess, Joy, was a delight and made delicious meals for us nightly. The owner provided good communication and the home was well maintained. We felt very safe and comfortable with our stay on Bequia and I would definitely stay here again! We enjoyed the pool and expansive views from...

« Stayed for 7 days. Communication was exceptional prior to, during and at the end of the stay. The home was beautiful, and looked even better than the pictures. Will definitely be back! Thank you Kimani for everything!! »

« Once we arrived at this wonderful home, we did not want to leave. We lived the amazing views, the breeze and the salt water pool. We spent 4 nights and left feeling relaxed. I would recommend rent a car if you would like to explore the island or just hire a taxi. The ones we used were all great. Jonathan was welcoming and accommodating. He arranged a taxi on our initial arrival. The rooms were great, spaciousand breezy. Each room has a bathroom and a nice veranda or deck to sit out and relax. We...

« AMAZING STAY!! Perfect property, superior view, great vibes. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for hosting us! »

« Fabulous property, spacious & clean, amazing views, great location with easy walk to the beautiful beach and into town. »

« We all loved the infinity pool with the incredible view of the bay. Also, all the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning. The house could also be opened up almost completely to take advantage of the nice breeze that is ever present during the day. The host is very attentive, and helped us to get a taxi from the ferry to the home. Anytime I had a question she responded quickly. The housekeeper kept the home perfectly clean and everything was tidied while we were away. Outstanding...

« The old fort is a place like no other I've ever been to. The setting is atop a hill with almost 360 views of the ocean from the tower room where we stayed. The breezes were delightful and I even had to ask for a blanket. Other rooms have air conditioning if you want, but we liked the rustic top floor. Quirin and Otmar were perfect hosts, regaling us with stories of life on Bequia, archeology, philosophy, and the vision and hard work that went into turning a ruin into a paradise. The staff was...
