« The upstairs AC was not working the entire stay. We slept in 80 degrees with ceiling fans only. Very disappointing after we sent email to owner and was told on Thursday at check-in that they knew about the broken AC on Tuesday. We were told multiple times that the part would be in and the AC would be fixed. That did not happen during our stay. We were not given any warning or option for refund, etc. We would like to be compensated for this. »

« This was our 2nd stay at this property and we will stay again so that should speak for itself. It's not perfect but it absolutely meets all our needs. It's very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is being updated as houses are being turned over and renovated but we felt completely safe. It's very quiet and peaceful.
