« Great location that’s the only plus.Horrific check in process, never given an address, after a 10hr flight and 2h journey arrived in Parma and was given 2 numbers to call of which both went to voicemail….twice finally received a call and was not given the proper street name. Once inside, no instructions given for anything, no Wi-Fi absolutely horrible shower….try standing in a tub with a wand that keeps malfunctioning took 1 shower in our 3 night stay. Would not recommend. »
