« This was our first time visiting lake havasu city and we enjoyed our stay here! The check-in process was super easy and the home was perfect for us and another couple. The home was extremely clean and is well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the back and would hangout and drink our coffee there in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and safe located about 5 minutes up the hill from the London bridge area. Definitely recommend this home if you're looking...

« The pictures, honestly, don't do justice to the views this house has. Even without the views, the house is a sight to be seen. The host was VERY responsive and helpful the entire stay. Everything was as expected and I look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Parker. »

« A/C works GREAT at night, and got down to 70° soon after sunset...But I wouldn't want to hang out during the heat of the day, A/C just can't keep up with the blazing sun (inside peaked at 86 with A/C set to 75) ... Coils weren't frozen over, just not enough tonnage to keep up with a pre-man house in the 🏜️. Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
