1 Bedroom Villa: King Bed and pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Full Kitchen. 1 Full Bathroom. Fireplace. Year rounded heated pool and large hot tub for guest use onsite. There is also a shared laundry room. Free shuttle provided that runs back and forth too main ski lift area at park city. Free Parking provided for 1 vehicle. Fitness Area onsite for guest use. Elevators onsite. Luggage Drop off service complimentary if you wish too store luggage on last day too have an extra ski day.

Park Regency does not have a restaurant onsite. However, across the street are restaurant options and many more within very close walking distance.

Promotion: Park Regency currently has a promotion for 20% off ski rentals at SkiNSee Rental Shop for our guests. While this is currently available, it is subject too change at managements discretion and advanced rentals required on their website.

When you arrive at our resort you will be given the keys too your villa from our staff onsite.

Shuttle runs from 8am to 8pm daily, subject too change at resorts discretion. Guest must be at least 21 years of age with valid government ID too check in with our resort staff when you arrive. The resort will take a hold on your credit card (physical), this is not a charge and will be released upon departure and the amount is $100 USD. NO resort fees.

** If you plan too arrive after 9 PM it is important too let me know at least 24 hours in advance so that I can arrange for a key too be in the mailbox for you, this resort is 24 hours check-in time but we need too know in advance for late arrivals **

Please be aware that this resort is based on holiday ownership, which means your specific one-bedroom unit will be allocated to you upon arrival. For instance, if the resort consists of 25 one-bedroom units, you will be randomly assigned one of these units through the Host Resort's computerized system. Consequently, the location and view of the unit you receive can differ. It's also worth noting that not every unit features a patio or deck. Additionally, due to ongoing upgrades at the resort, the actual decor, including furniture and paint color, in the unit you are assigned may slightly vary from the images shown in this listing.
