PLEASE NOTE: This is a composite reservation that combines two separate, individually-accessed villas booked together as one listing. PEA-1114 and PEA-1260 are self-contained units, each with its own private entrance - they are NOT physically joined into a single interconnected home. Guests will walk outside (via the resort's common walkway or hallway) to move between the villas.

PEA-1114 (Old Town Slopeside Retreat) is a luxury 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, four-level home spanning 2282 square feet, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, steps from world-class skiing, vibrant Main Street, dining, shopping, and mountain adventures. The open-concept great room connects the kitchen, dining, and living area with a cozy sectional, an 85-inch Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops and bar seating for six. Four decks offer terrific mountain and Old Town views, an outdoor table with a warming fire feature, and a BBQ. A private hot tub is available for apres-ski relaxation.



PEA-1260 is a second, separate 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home spanning 1800 square feet, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests, located nearby with the same easy access to Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street.
