Stay in Canyons Village at this spacious 3-bedroom Fairway Springs townhome, about a 5-minute walk from the Frostwood Gondola and steps from the Canyons Golf Course. The home sleeps up to 10 and features a private hot tub, two gas fireplaces, a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, central A/C, in-unit laundry, an attached garage, and multiple outdoor spaces with golf course and mountain views.



The Space:

The home is arranged across three levels. The entry level includes the attached garage, ski and boot storage, and a half bath. The main level is built for gathering, with a large sectional and loveseat around a gas fireplace and Smart TV, plus an open kitchen with a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counters, and island seating for three. The dining table seats six. Step outside to a deck with golf course and mountain views or to the patio with a private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining.



Upstairs are all three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, Smart TV, private balcony, and en-suite bath with double sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-queen trundle bed, with a pullout twin. They share a full hall bath. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Full in-unit laundry and a small dedicated workspace are also included.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire townhome, including the private hot tub, deck, patio, and attached one-car garage. A second vehicle can park on Fairway Lane, first come first served, no permit needed, though availability isn't guaranteed on busy weekends.



Self check-in is through the front-door keypad. Access codes and detailed arrival instructions should be sent shortly before check-in.



Wasatch Property Managers is local and available by call or text if anything needs attention during the stay.



The Neighborhood:

Fairway Springs sits in the Frostwood area of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain, above the Waldorf Astoria and away from the busier village core. The townhome is located on a quiet lane near the end of a cul-de-sac, with the Canyons Golf Course immediately nearby.



The Frostwood Gondola is approximately a 5-minute walk, and the Waldorf Astoria Park City, Powder restaurant, and Waldorf Astoria Spa are also within a short walk. During winter, the complimentary Canyons Village Connect shuttle serves Fairway Springs and provides on-demand transportation throughout Canyons Village.



Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction are a short drive away, while free regional transit provides additional options for exploring Park City without driving.

Other Things to Note:

This is a three-level townhome with stairs and no elevator. All bedrooms are on the upper level.



Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events, no smoking or vaping, and no pets. Service animals should be handled in accordance with Airbnb policy.



The private hot tub is reserved for registered guests. No glass around the hot tub, and children must be supervised by an adult.



Parking is one vehicle in the attached garage. A second vehicle can park on Fairway Lane, first come first served, availability isn't guaranteed.



Two exterior security cameras are on the property: one facing the garage door and one on the front doorbell. Neither monitors the interior or any guest sleeping area.



The Frostwood Gondola is seasonal. During Park City Mountain's winter season, guests can also use the complimentary, on-demand Canyons Village Connect shuttle within the village.
