ABOUT THE PROPERTY

This two-bedroom condo is located on the top floor with a covered balcony overlooking a private courtyard. Both bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, brand-new mattresses, and plenty of drawer and closet storage. A queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room area allows for additional sleeping capacity. Two full bathrooms, one ensuite, ensure everyone gets to the slopes or dinner on time.

The fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, and in the summer a communal grill and seating in the courtyard area, give you the choice of cooking at home or heading out to one of Park City’s many world class restaurants. A Keurig machine and complimentary K-cups are provided to get you started in the morning and the in-condo boot and glove dryer ensure that you start each day with dry fingers and toes. A locked closet for ski, snowboard, bike and other equipment storage is conveniently located on your balcony to provide you peace of mind when you are done with your day's adventures.

A balcony with table and chairs to seat 4 offers a great spot for gathering with friends and family for dinner or a sundowner after a long day on the mountain. Or you can soothe those muscles in the open-air pool and hot tub or the sauna. If you still have energy to spare there is a fully equipped onsite gym that is accessible 24-7.

Free WiFi and a smart TV allow you to access your own subscription services, or you can make use of the basic HD cable provided. A gas fireplace provides a cozy cottage feel for cooler summer/fall evenings and those brisk winter nights.
