Recently featured on CBS' "Staycation" travel series, The Perch Park City is one of Park City's premier vacation rentals, offering a stunning combination of rustic luxury, in-town location and premium amenities.  This spacious six-bedroom home has 5,500 square feet of living space, with sweeping views of Park City and the mountains, all within walking distance to the Old Town hub.  It's  the perfect gathering spot for any season, from a family ski vacation to a summer reunion.

Even at 5,500 square feet, the residence is charming, warm and inviting. It boasts many modern amenities, including a top-floor game room with Billiards and Pinball, 4 fireplaces,  a hot tub, an indoor sauna, and a chef's kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home. Additionally, an elevator is available for easy access between floors.

Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee from the large heated balcony overlooking the majestic views of Park City. Put on your gear and walk only steps to the shuttle which will transport you to any of the three local ski resorts. Unwind in the deep soaking hot tub or indoor sauna with a glass of wine.

Outstanding place whose stairs will give you all the workout you need. Yes, it has an elevator, but why use it when you have stairs to climb and you are in need of working off the pounds you are adding from hearty meals.Communication with the management team was OUTSTANDING!!! They were awesome and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at The Perch. The home is beautifully designed, spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect group getaway. It’s incredibly spacious and the location is unbeatable - walkable to main street. Jeff was very communicative and accommodating making check-in and any other questions we had seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone visiting Park City!

My group and I had a wonderful stay at The Perch Park City and Jeff was a highly communicative host through the whole process. The place was as advertised and was walking distance to downtown park city and the town lift. The overall house was fantastic, spacious, and clean. I will say if you are looking to sleep 16 full grown men the beds can get a bit tight,but that has nothing to do with the house or our stay. Highly recommend.

The location of this home is absolutely unbeatable, and the space itself is quite spacious. We appreciated the quick response from the property manager when issues came up. However, for a home at this price point, we expected it to be better maintained. There were some noticeable deferred maintenance that could use attention. Overall, we had a great stay, but a bit more upkeep of the property would make this an exceptional experience.

We had a great time with family of 6 for the holidays at the perch. Easy to take the bus right to the park city lift. Walk into town simple. House has great amenities. The walk up to the game room on the fifth floor is daunting but there is an elevator for those not used to the altitude.

What a wonderful place and perfect location! We ended up having 10 adults and one infant. We were able to walk to all of our wedding venues and parties. The kitchen was quite well equipped, and many of our group enjoyed the game room and the hot tub.. Would not hesitate to book this place again!

We stayed at this property for a week in the summer with our extended family to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The house was beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable (a rarity in vacation rentals in my experience) and the house was beautifully decorated with lost of attention to the details. All the extra things we needed were provided (pack n plays, air beds, fans, high chairs, etc.) The kitchen was great and adequate for a professional chef to prepare a full meal for 18 people. The location was perfect with easy walking access to the main street in town. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again! The cons (because nothing is perfect): - The house sleeps 20, but there are only 10 seats at the dining table and 6 stools at the counter, which are attached and cannot be moved. The table is actually big enough that you could easily squeeze in several extra seats, but there are no extra chairs anywhere in the house. It would be nice if there were even just some folding chairs available to pull up to the table so we could eat together. - If you stay in the summer, the air conditioning is not adequate on several of the levels. The basement/ground floor is actually quite cold (too cold even), but the 2nd floor (main living area) was too warm and the 3rd floor (where most bedrooms are located) was uncomfortably hot making it difficult to sleep. The 4th floor bedroom seems to have its own air conditioning unit and was comfortable.

The Perch House was perfect for our large multi-generational family. The only caveat is there are a lot of levels! The owner installed a temporary baby gate for us, which was appreciated and necessary. There is an elevator as well. The kitchen is well stocked and the 5th floor game room was a really special place to hang out! The house is on a relatively busy street, but it is manageable and otherwise an easy walk to town. The owner and management company were accommodating and accessible! Many thanks for a great trip!

My group was blown away at how cool the house was. Even more space and features than you can really appreciate from the pictures. It’s very walkable to the Park City Town Lift, even in ski boots and carrying skis/poles, which made a huge impact on our experience. Our only regret is we didn’t have more people and more time to take full advantage of the house. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed at the Perch with 6 Adults and 9 kids for a week of Skiing. The house is fantastic, beautifully furnished and perfectly located for Mountain Village, Deer Valley and walkability to Main Street. The house is pretty vertical with 5 levels which can be a hike at altitude but the elevator is super helpful. Thanks!

Our three generation family had a great ski trip stay at The Perch. A great multi floor layout gave everyone some room to spread out. The kids -4 to 11- loved the top floor game room. The bedrooms and baths were all very nice, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for breakfasts and dinners. Only suggestion would be to add an ice-maker: I was surprised that a house this nice had neither a stand alone ice maker or a built-in in the refrigerator. Easy walk to Main Street and five minute drive to Snow Park base at Deer Valley.

Wonderful house in an excellent location! Our group had everything we needed in the home with plenty of bedrooms so we did not feel crowded. The home is gorgeous, we felt luxurious as we stayed here. Only negative is limited parking onsite but they property manager provided some alternative options nearby which worked well. Overall wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Our group of 4 families including 6 teens greatly enjoyed this wonderful house for a ski trip. Plenty of space for all with nice amenities, including hot tub and billiards. Very convenient location to town, Deer Valley and Park City resorts on bus line with stop at the driveway. One suggestion for guests: don't rent separate cars unless needed. We had 4 cars but 2 stayed in the garage the entire week.
