The Location–

If Main Street is the heart of Park City, then Park Avenue is surely the soul of the town. Lined with historic miner’s cottages, High West Distillery, Town Lift, and local’s favorite Davanza’s, there is not a better place to experience all of what Park City has to offer.

*We are on the 10th block of Park Avenue, just 2 short blocks to Town Lift.

Living/dining- As you step through the front door, you are greeted with the cozy living room to your left, dining to the right and an open counter into the spacious kitchen.

*Living room features queen sleeper sofa, tv with streaming and a gas fireplace.

*Dining room table has seating for 6. Counter seats another 2-3

*Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, blender, crockpot, dual coffee maker (drip and Keurig) and everything you need to prepare the perfect meal for a large group.

*A start of Local coffee and filters will be provided.

*Side patio with heated patio and propane BBQ grill and seating.

*Salt, pepper, and olive provided. Other spices and condiments may be onsite but are not guaranteed.

*Back heated patio features a new private Hot Springs Hot tub and seating.

Main Floor Queen Master – Queen bedroom with luxurious linens, an ensuite bath with tub and shower and a small desk area.

Upper Floor Queen Master – The top floor is dedicated to the upper master suite; Queen bed with luxurious linens, ensuite bath with beautiful walk-in shower (bench and pebble floors) and double vanity. This room also has a balcony and dedicated work area.

Lower level Twin Room – The lower level features a bedroom with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.

*All bathrooms will be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
