Step inside a double-height great room where 20-foot window walls frame the Wasatch and Uinta peaks. Hand-finished walnut cabinetry conceals a full Viking appliance suite, twin Sub-Zero columns stand ready for vintages you’ve shipped ahead, and a twelve-seat quartz island invites lingering après conversations beside the linear stone fireplace.

Two heated terraces and a rear patio back straight to the mountainside, each with radiant decking and a six-person hydrotherapy spa under the stars. In the private ski room, a boot warmer, glove warmer, and ski storage ensure you're ready to make those first turns of the day.

Each of the suites is a retreat unto itself: the primary Cal-king sanctuary offers a fireplace corner and soaking tub; three additional king suites feature blackout drapes and rainfall showers; the bunk loft includes its own gaming nook. All beds are dressed in 600-thread cotton sateen, professionally laundered and prepared for quality sleep.

Guests enjoy a heated shared garage with an EV charger, as well as full access to the Apex Clubhouse, which features a heated infinity pool, steam and sauna, fitness and yoga studio, game lounge, and an owners’ après bar.

Great property, well equipped, with fabulous views. Good parking access and privacy of the 4th floor were all a plus. Exceptions included home automation system had to be reset in each room, TV access was limited/difficult to operate, carpets were soiled in a couple of the rooms, and couches in great room hadn’t been cleaned/tidied.

Property was very nice and matched description on site. Ski-In / Ski-Out was easy walked right outside the unit. Separate ski room for boots, ski's helmets was a convenient and a nice addition. We've stayed at The Apex before and knew what to expect from the location, and overall feel. This penthouse met all of our expectations, great slope access, well maintained and matched what we were expecting in finishes (high end) and kitchen (well stocked with everything we needed). No complaints and was the perfect staging ground for a fantastic week of skiing for our two families.

Great Location in Canyons

We had two families with kids ranging from 3-12. The house had its own ski equipment room just inside the door if you ski into the property which was very convenient. Along with sleds for the slopes around the house. Very easy to get around Canyons village with the free CV Connect app. While not all slopes were open during our stay, you can easily see the appeal of this spot once the resort is fully operating. We had a blast.

Wonderful ski vacation

This unit is great for people who love to ski! The access to the slopes is right out the back door. However, the access to skiing is not great for beginners. The unit is on a blue run and we had a skier in our group who is just learning to ski. We had to drive her to the Park City base each day, which is about a 15 minutes away. The more advanced skiers in our group loved the location and were happy to be on the Canyons side of the resort, which seemed to be less crowded than the Park City side. The unit is at the top of a long hill, so you can't walk to the base area, but the shuttle is very quick and reliable, so this wasn't a major issue for us. There are a few restaurants at the Canyons base, but we mostly traveled into town for meals. The teenagers in our group enjoyed the game room and pool. The unit itself is very nice. Other than the master suite and bunk room, the bedrooms are quite small, which was surprising based on the photographs. We had to unpack our suitcases because there is no floor space in the rooms, but there was plenty of space in the dressers and closets so this worked out fine. Overall, we had a great vacation! I wouldn't hesitate to return to this unit.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. Upon arrival there were a few water bottles and items left behind but nothing that would be considered unacceptable. Property manager responded to questions immediately. Perfect for large family (12ppl). Amenities are fantastic. Only a few issues with TV’s in multiple rooms not working consistently. Overall, great experience. I would love to stay there again in the future.

This property is perfect for a family or friend gathering! We stayed here in the fall and enjoyed hiking out the back door and the Booker T Jones & Chicago concert under the stars! The kitchen is equipped with high end built in and countertop appliances. We would love to return during ski season! Plenty of dedicated space to store ski gear and bikes, etc.

Better than pictures show!

We have coming up to Park City for years and all agreed this was our favorite place! The pictures don’t do it justice and it’s actually bigger quite than it looks!! Never had a home been so well stocked either-plenty linens and towels and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want. The clubhouse was so fun for the teens and the hot tub was an added bonus!

Beautiful condo with exceptional views of the Canyons and resort. Nicely appointed furnishings, etc. Only complaint is moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker and would have preferred a Keurig. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. Although our stay did not include snow, this would be a perfect property for ski in-out skiing.

Absolute Bliss at the top of Canyon

Luxury at the highest level for one of the few brand new, true ski-in/ski-out properties in the Canyon area. Well-appointed, beautiful, and perched above the entire Canyon village. Large hot tub and patio adjacent to ski access. Bedrooms and bathrooms large and able to accommodate multiple families with ease. Huge ski storage room. Incredible privacy - it enjoys a floor to itself. Parking is sheltered and very convenient. Highly recommend this property.
