Walk to Silver Star lift, ski shop, lift ticket office, Silver Star Cafe, the base area, or the bus stop in 2 minutes-Enough beds to sleep 9 comfortably. One king bedroom with ensuite bath, one queen bedroom with ensuite bath, one “bunk” room with full bed over a twin, plus bonus room with 2 twins-separated by a half wall.

Have your perfect Park City ski day here! Roll out of bed and quickly get to the slopes, come home for lunch and then back out for a few more runs! For après-ski take the free bus into town (or enjoy some more exercise with an easy 20 minute walk into town) to enjoy world class dining and shopping! Or stay home and cook and play one of the many games and puzzles we have on site. Stream your favorite shows or movies from any one of the 4 smart TVs or enjoy live TV from Xfinity Stream. Take an epsom salt bath in one of our three tubs (salts provided!) to ease those sore muscles! This is the perfect family ski getaway in what is known as “the best” neighborhood in Park City!

1 Full with twin in trundle bedroom
Bonus room connected to the full/twin room separated with a half wall (please note this room is accessed inside the full/twin room and is only separated by a half wall)

**For Ski in access: If you are able to ski Black Diamonds, take the Ligety Split run on the way back to the condo and hang a right half way down the run. It will dump you out at Crescent Road right next to the condo (Please check to make sure the run is open due to snow totals-early/late ski season may not have enough snow on the run) Please see image in the photos

Please be aware that snow conditions predict if Ligity Split trail will be open for ski in conditions. Early ski season it may not be open. For Silver Star Lift access, this lift is open snow total pending.

Guests have access to ONE outdoor driveway parking space.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
