With a convenient location overlooking the base of Deer Valley, you have unlimited access to nearby hiking, biking, walking trails, local markets, and unique festivities at your fingertips.

The Space:
As you return from a day of outdoor adventures, relax on the comfortable leather sleeper sofa with a matching armchair, and additional lounge seating where you can stretch out. Guests will appreciate the warmth of the fire permeating throughout the room from the indoor gas fireplace, as you unwind from the day while streaming your favorite show on the flat-screen TV.

The private outdoor patio will have your family in awe of the spectacular views of the Deer Valley base, and a gorgeous pond, where you can set out on a paddleboard or kayak directly from the backyard of this condo.

Gaze out into the beautiful glow of the night sky while soaking your tired muscles in the private hot tub, as you disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the fresh mountain breeze, and take in the beautiful sceneries surrounding this charming condo during your stay in Park City.

Host an aprĂšs ski cookout with your family on the lounge seating and table, as the master griller of your group shows off their exquisite bbq skills with the outdoor grill on the patio.

The fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and a stylish granite countertop is the perfect place for the chef in your group to whip up a gourmet meal. Keep the cook in good company with the breakfast bar stool seating in the spacious center island for up to 4. As the aroma begins to fill the house, gather in the dining area where you can enjoy your scrumptious dinner, while exchanging exciting stories of your time on the slopes.

Recharge for the night in the master suite that boasts a lovely king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, a private entrance, and an en suite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.

Additional guests will have access to a second bedroom, that features a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, is available, next to the fully-equipped kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub.

You will also have access to 1 free parking space on the premises. Guests can park in any open spot marked “G.” Additional parking is located outside in front of the unit. Please note the garage has a clearance height of 7'2.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. Located within a minute walk to Deer Valley Cafe and a 10-minute walk to Deer Valley Resort, you will have world-class ski runs, exciting mountain adventures, and excellent restaurants in the Deer Valley area at your fingertips.

Old Town and Main Street is a short 8-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
Deer Valley Resort is a short 10-minute walk from this charming condo. Park City Main Street Historic District is an 8-minute FREE bus ride, with Fawngrove -W stop on multiple routes located right outside the complex. The ski lifts at Deer Valley Resort will bring you to some of the best ski runs in Park City. The Main Street trolley is an excellent choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

The check in process is painful when you do not receive the email with the link needed for check in and the information about the condo. Links are not copy/paste capable when using the mobile VRBO app messenger. I logged in from my computer mid week to get it. The showers were not as clean as they should have been, there was a used bar of soap left in mine. The location was perfect! Walking distance to so many things. The view was lovely from the patio as well. The neighbors were doing construction and woke us up around 5:30 every morning during the week.

Overall was a great stay at this property. Beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect with amazing views. Very close to Deer Valley ski resort and Park City. Only issue was the noise from the unit above which included loud talking at 4 am, vacuuming at 10 pm along with snow blowing at 6 am.

This is our second stay at this Vrbo. The furniture is outdated but the Kitchen is stocked great with everything you need. Great location and underground parking. Shuttle stops right in front. Very clean and management quick to respond. We’d stay again

The pluses for this place - great location, easy to take the shuttle to Deer Valley and into PC. The Deer Valley cafe was so close too! The kitchen was well stocked, easy to use. The management company was great - best we've had, the unit was clean and ready and communication was prompt throughout our stay. Snow removal was timely and handled well. The cons - the unit is very dated in furniture, the chairs at the kitchen table had little to no support, the chair in the living room was stained and looked tired. The beds were just ok. Plumbing fixtures were dated and need updated. The hot tub - very small and used it once with our family of 4, we hardly fit and so much water overflowed we weren't able to use it again on the trip - remaining water was so minimal and it wasn't really hot enough anyway. The walls were very thin so we heard lots of upstairs activity. Lastly, they say park in any space marked "G" in the garage. There are only 2 spaces marked "G" but one is for compact cars only and had furniture in it. Being winter in Utah, our rental was an SUV. So, we could only use the one remaining spot. Clearly they give authority for other units to park in "G" because we had to compete to get the spot with another vehicle every day. One night we had no outside or indoor parking spots available and parked elsewhere hoping we wouldn't be towed in the morning. Overall, I'd rate 3 stars on this unit and we would look for another unit next time.

Our family had a great time skiing at Deer Valley while staying in this Fawngrove condo! The location is perfect, the condo is clean and well appointed with all the necessary items. We found the condo very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. The hot tub is definitely an added bonus.

I enjoyed many things about this condo: - it's right next to a delicious cafe with great coffee and sandwiches. I went there every morning. - It has a very nice outdoor jacuzzi where you can gaze at the stars, pond (right next to the condo), and surrounding mountains. - It is very comfy and modern inside: excellent beds, nice fireplace, modern kitchen, cozy bathrooms with luxurious soap and shampoo. There is an underground garage but the keypad wasn't working so we had to leave the car outside but there is a convenient parking near the condo so that wasn't an issue. A very nice place to stay!

Condo was great. Very close to everything, especially the Deer Valley ponds and resort. The only challenge we had was finding the place. Google maps took us to a different location, but Apple Maps worked great, which was a surprise in and of itself.

Looking to stay at Deer Valley to attend a nearby concert and decided to make a week of it. Property location and amenities did not disappoint. Close enough to walk to Snow Park Lodge for concert as well as Park City Main Street for dinner. Explored hiking trails nearby in am and paddle boarded and kayaked on the lake which is right off the patio in pm. Spent evenings in hot tub and enjoyed stars and evening thunderstorms. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and close to everything. Free shuttle service was great. Hot tub was in perfect condition. Kitchen provided all the necessities and many extras. Great for two couples. Each had their own bedroom suites.

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed condo with beautiful mountain views in a convenient and peaceful Deer Valley location just minutes to downtown Main street Park City - 15 minute walk, 5 minute free bus ride or an easy 5 minute drive. Loved the duck filled ponds and walking paths right out the back porch. There’s also a convenient cafe offering delicious breakfast and lunch options right next door. We will definitely return. We did have a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed efficiently by property management company. All in all a great place to call home for a summer getaway to PC.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! Clean, well maintained unit with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped too with all the pots, pans and utensils we needed to prepare our meals, which was really nice as most of the restaurants in town did not do delivery. Great walking trails right next to the water. And the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of activity. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be a better location for a relaxing get away. Loved watching the SUPs (stand up paddle boarders) on the lake from our back porch, sleeping with the windows open to catch the cool mountain air and using the condo as our base camp for long walks and mountain hikes.

We had a fantastic weekend here. Close to the slopes, very well maintained, overall a great renting experience. It was a little difficult to see the Fawngrove sign in the dark as it is set slightly off the road, but we found it eventually. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be back!
