This multi-level 2500 square foot home ensures that you will have access to all things in Park City, with a bus stop at the end of the driveway.

The Space:
Exciting adventures await with this well-appointed 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that your family and friends are sure to fall in love with.

Upon entrance to the townhome, you will see a mudroom and closet space, for coats, skiing, and hiking gear. As you head up the flight of stairs to the main floor of the home, you will have access to a large modern kitchen, a spacious family room, an intimate dining area, and an outdoor patio. With expansive windows throughout, plenty of natural lighting highlights this space beautifully.

After a fun day of adventures, stretch out in the family room with a large sectional sofa and lounge seating area. Turn up the heat with the indoor gas fireplace, as you cozy up with warm blankets while enjoying the company of your loved ones. Watch your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night.

The chef in your group will love the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a center island, and breakfast bar seating for up to 3. Keep the cook company, while they whip up a delicious gourmet meal. The master griller of your group can show off their exquisite skills with the bbq grill on the outdoor patio. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area, as you exchange exciting stories of your fun-filled day in Park City. Afterward, enjoy a nightcap on the private outdoor patio, where you can breathe in the crisp mountain air while gazing at the gorgeous night sky.

The second and third stories of the home will ensure that your entire group will have a night of peaceful rest. The second level of the home features the master bedroom with a beautiful king-size bed, a spacious closet, an indoor gas fireplace, and a large en suite bathroom with double vanity, a full-length mirror, a separate tub for your aching muscles, and a stunningly gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom, on this floor, has a twin-size bed that lays underneath a lovely skylight that illuminates the room beautifully.

Additional guests can make their way to the uppermost-level floor of the townhome. The two bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom, at the end of the hall, has 3 twin-size beds and a crib.

For a truly relaxing space, head to the outdoor deck on this floor, which features a private deluxe 4-person hot tub, completely designed to melt your stress away.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer on the second floor of the home, and a half bathroom on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay. Access to the garage is through the mudroom, where the garbage and recycling bins are located for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private 4-person hot tub. You will also have access to free parking on the premises, in the driveway, for up to 2 cars.

The Neighborhood:
This spectacular townhome is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are only a few steps away from the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift 0.3 miles from the entrance of the townhome, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this townhome's convenient location, a short 3-minute walk from the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District.

Park City Mountain Town Lift is a short 6-minute walk or 4-minute free bus ride. Deer Valley Loop bus stop on multiple routes is directly in front of the driveway and will bring you to the best ski resorts in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
The driveway is shared with the unit next door, please park only on the right side of the driveway. Guests will not have parking access in the garage.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Exactly as advertised. Hosts were very responsive to questions ahead of the trip and replaced a kitchen item within a day when needed. The process of accessing the house was easy and the place was clean and ready for use. Location can't be beat, minutes from the center of Main Street. Walking distance to the Town Lift. Various bus routes stop across the street as well. Would recommend this place for others looking to stay in town. We were a group of 7 adults and had plenty of space.

Convenient location. 5 min walk to the center of Main Street and 8 min walk to the Town Lift. Spacious master suite and large bedforms. The kitchen is fully equipped well suited for preparing meals for a large crowd. Spacious main floor with half bath is comfortable for a large group. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy downtown Park City and access the ski resort.

My group had a great time staying here. The place is steps from the transportation hub and Old Town center. It is also a short walk from the town lift. It had plenty of space for 6 guys. The hot tub seats 3 adults comfortably, so we sat in shifts. The kitchen was amazing. The grill top made it easy to cook breakfast each morning for the group.

Booked a family ski trip - walking distance to town made it easy to shop, eat and enjoy the night life. The walk to town lift was a bit longer than we thought and not really doable in ski boots. However, the bus stop is at the end of the driveway. The house itself was great kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and the set up was great for 4 teens.

I'll start with the positive. The house is very close to downtown. Probably a 5 min walk at most. That said, you have to cross Deer Valley Drive on the way without a crosswalk. And it can be quite busy at certain times of the day. On the whole, we were disappointed with our stay. The house itself was nice enough but the management team was the worst I have encountered. They responded to absolutely none of the issues that came up during our stay. More detail below. Overall, I would not recommend this house to future guests. 1) The internet in the unit is very slow. It is difficult at best (and impossible at worst) to conduct video calls from any room other than the living room. And if you're like us with young kids, the living room is simply not a good option for productive work. I pointed this issue out to management just 4 days into a 24-night stay and even offered to cover the cost of an upgrade. I was told I would hear back shortly. I never did, even after following up. 2) There were several broken items in the unit. The built-in Nespresso machine in the kitchen, the master bath and steam shower to name a few. Again I pointed all these issues out to management. And again, none were addressed. 3) The heat in the house is inadequate. The living room was in the low 50's most mornings when we woke up. There was a large plug-in space heater in the living room. That didnt help. 4) The dryer started squeaking loudly during our last few days and the top floor sink faucet is loose. Given that I hadn't gotten a response from management in 10 days by then, I didnt bother to report either issue.

This house has great furnishings, has a beautiful interior, and is a very short walk to Old Town (2 minutes). I would recommend this place to anyone. Hot tub is a little on the small side but still good for 2 or 3 people - location on the roof is great.

The house was great. We had a group of 6 and everyone had a nice, comfortable stay. Downtown is 2 blocks away which beat having to drive everywhere. Deer Valley is also a short walk (~10-15 mins) in the other direction.

Nice, bright home located within 3 minutes of Old Town. Well-equipped kitchen and the home was very clean. Easy communicating with the property manager and access. Bathrooms were well-stocked and coffee in the kitchen, which was nice. Only knocks were stained carpeting upstairs and bedding was not great in Master.

This property was the perfect place for our ski group. The home has great kitchen, dining, and living spaces. There were enough beds to accomodate our group. The hot tub was welcoming after a day on the slopes. The location is fantastic as it is a 2 block walking distance to downtown and the bus stop to the mountain base is literally out front. Connie is an excellent property manager who was very timely with our needs. We had an unforeseeable issue that was quickly addressed which was much appreciated. Highly recommend staying here for a ski trip.

Convenient location. Nice property on 4 floors, but overpriced for what you get. They claim to have a garage but there is no room as the garage was full of junk. For the price I was expecting a coffee machine that worked but we had to buy our own because the cheap one didn't work. It would have been nice if the manager had shoveled the snow and ice before our arrival but I had to do that (it hadn't snowed for several days so no excuse).

This property was perfect for our family. We were minutes from Main Street, which made walking back and forth for dinner and shopping enjoyable. The home is super cozy with an AMAZING kitchen. We had every type of cooking gadget available and we loved the open floor plan for cooking and eating meals. My kids loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Cannot wait to go back!
