Resort Plaza 5064 has just come through a full refresh, and it shows the moment you walk in — new flooring runs throughout the condo, paired with plush furnishings and abundant natural light in the open-concept living and dining area. A gas fireplace gives the room a natural focal point for evenings in after a day on the slopes or trails, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to put together anything from a simple breakfast to a full group dinner. An in-unit washer and dryer add real convenience for anyone staying more than a few nights.

Sleeping arrangements suit families and larger groups equally well. The primary suite is spacious and quiet, with a king bed and its own well-appointed bathroom. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and an en-suite bath of its own, and a third bathroom serves the living area for busy mornings. A sleeper sofa in the living room brings total capacity to eight guests, so a bigger group can spread out comfortably rather than compromise on space.

This is one of Resort Plaza's most walkable addresses — steps from the lifts, shops, and dining at the base of the mountain, and directly on Park City's free bus route for easy trips anywhere else in town. Guests also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator service, underground parking, and a year-round off-site community pool, hot tub, and fitness facility, all within walking distance of the condo.

Resort Plaza 5064 is available for nightly stays throughout the winter, and for both nightly and monthly stays in spring, summer, and fall — a flexible option whether you're booking a week of skiing or settling in for an extended season. This home does not offer air-conditioning but fans are provided.

Resort Plaza 5064 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
