Resort Plaza 5052 is a generously sized retreat built for groups who want plenty of breathing room without sacrificing a true ski-in, ski-out address at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. One of three buildings that make up the Resort Plaza community, this 1,500-square-foot condo pairs stylish comfort with a layout that makes sense for families and larger groups alike.

The open living and dining area centers on a cozy gas fireplace, with plenty of seating for the group to unwind after a day outside. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from casual breakfasts to a full sit-down dinner, and air conditioning keeps things comfortable through the warmer months — a nice bonus for a summer stay. Step out onto the private deck and take in sweeping mountain views, whether you're firing up the grill or just watching the light change over the ski runs.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed for a quiet retreat, while the second bedroom's two queen beds give families or groups of friends room to spread out. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds further flexibility for larger gatherings. Guests here also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access, and underground parking, plus a year-round off-site community pool, hot tub, and fitness facility within walking distance. The location keeps you close to shops, restaurants, and Park City's free transit system, so getting around town is effortless.

Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September 2026. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.

Resort Plaza 5052 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
