Resort Plaza 5000 is a recently renovated, design-forward Park City condo rental that pairs a prime ski-in/ski-out location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort with a thoroughly modern interior that genuinely stands apart from a typical slope-side condo. At 1,150 square feet with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 9 guests, this condo delivers both style and substance in equal measure.

The living area is anchored by a modern gas fireplace, complemented by warm hardwood-style flooring, leather sofas, and carefully curated navy and blue accent tones that give the space a comfortable feel. The white kitchen features a dark island with pendant lighting and bar seating — a fresh, functional setup for group meals and casual mornings. A wine and beverage refrigerator adds a thoughtful finishing touch.

Sleeping accommodations are flexible and well suited for families and larger groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed plus a twin, and the second bedroom is anchored by custom built-in twin-over-full bunk beds — a practical and stylish solution for families with kids. A barn door entry adds to the design character of the space. One of the two full bathrooms features a steam shower — a genuinely welcomed amenity after a full day on the mountain. An in-unit washer and dryer and air conditioning for warm-weather stays round out the in-home conveniences. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.

Just outside the building, the ski school, gear shops, fire pits, and a lively collection of base-area dining and shopping options are all within a short distance — placing guests right in the middle of the resort-village energy that makes Park City Mountain Resort so appealing year-round. Park City's free year-round bus stops nearby, connecting guests to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Main Street, and Kimball Junction.

Resort Plaza 5000 guests enjoy off-site access to a year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness center at The Lodge at Mountain Village, within walking distance of the property. Heated underground parking is included in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches — please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival. A complimentary luggage storage room is also available nearby.

Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.

Resort Plaza 5000 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
