Welcome to The new Grand Hyatt located at Deer Valley East Village, a brand-new luxury hotel, with this exclusive privately managed 2 bedroom property. (not managed by the Hyatt). We have thoughtfully furnished the space to feel just like home. Our luxurious, 1,169 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bath property features top-of-the-line furniture, bedding, mattresses, and kitchenware, designed to keep you coming back year after year.
YOU have access to ALL the hotel amenities. Year round heated pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, restaurants, ski rental, ski storage, kids club, spa area and even the exclusive OWNERS lounge, for Residence guests and owners ONLY. The owners lounge offers snacks daily during ski season. Discounted hotel fee (my guests pay $20 a day instead of $40)
Your dedicated property manager is available before and during your stay to answer all your questions. Enjoy the convenience of local vendors ready to bring groceries, ski rentals, in-home massages, transportation, and private chef services right to your door. They're locals themselves, eager to enhance your vacation experience.
Room Details:
- Bed 1: King bed with full bath (shower, tub, private water closet) featuring a single chair that pulls out to a twin bed.
- Bed 2: King bed with 3/4 bath and a single chair that pulls out to a twin bed.
- Living Room: Includes a couch with chaise lounge, perfect for an additional guest (ideal for a child or teenager),
- Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer with sensitive-skin laundry soap provided.
As a reminder you have access to ALL HOTEL amenities.
- The property also boasts a wealth of amenities, including an outdoor year-round heated pool, hot tub, valet parking, a fitness center, a kids' club, and a diverse array of dining options.

Exciting developments for the 2024-2025 ski season at Deer Valley East Village include three new lifts:
- **Keetley Express:** Deer Valley's first six-pack bubble chairlift, connecting skiers to the Sultan Express chairlift on Bald Mountain.
- **Hoodoo Express:** A high-speed quad designed for beginners that enhances the area with a second bunny hill near the Snow Park base.
- **Aurora:** A fixed-grip quad facilitating a convenient exit route back to East Village from several remote trails.
Additional features include 500 parking spaces at East Village, a temporary skier services facility, and the new Grand Hyatt hotel. The Deer Valley Expansion will continue into the 2025-2026 season, introducing six more lifts, including a 10-passenger gondola, increasing the resort's size to 5,726 acres—making it the fourth-largest ski resort in North America!
Please note that while this residence is located within the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley East Village and is not a Hyatt-branded property.
**Important Information:**
- The Grand Hyatt charges a $20 per night hotel fee that will be billed directly to your credit card at check-in. The front desk will provide keys to your room for your stay. This daily resort fee (subject to change) supports services and amenities that enhance the guest experience.
- Valet parking is available for $50 per day (no self-parking option). Should you need assistance with airport shuttles, feel free to reach out for transportation options.
Village construction is underway, however feedback from guests is that the construction does not affect their enjoyment of the property. The new lifts and new terrain is too good to pass up.
