Additionally, you’ll have access to the community’s exclusive amenities, including a pool and hot tub.

After a fun day out and about, continue your mountain vacation by walking into a home boasting an open-concept design that brings living and dining together for a memorable group getaway. Take a seat in the living room in front of the stone fireplace, where you’ll find plush armchairs, a sofa, and a smart TV. The wide sliding glass doors lead to the balcony – a perfect setting for your morning cup of coffee. Each smart TV here is equipped with DirecTV, a DVD player, and Chromecast with access to YouTube, Netflix, music, and more for everyone to enjoy. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
