You'll enjoy huge windows, a fireplace, and a deck with mountain views. This vacation rental commands a prime location in the Three Kings Condominiums, conveniently situated on Park City's complimentary transportation route. Walk to Park City ski resort and the eateries, shops, and art galleries along Main Street one mile away. Lace up your boots and meander less than a half mile to multiple trailheads, including Silver Spur Trail and Armstrong Trail. The Salt Lake City International Airport is a 35-mile drive away.

Take a dip in the shared heated outdoor pool and hot tub just 200' away from your condo. Wake up with a morning workout at the on-site fitness center, then relax in the sauna.

Enjoy the warm ambience of a gas fireplace in the living area. Kick back and relax on the leather sofa and power recliner, grouped around a fun sleigh coffee table. Stream your favorite Netflix shows on the 50" TV or peruse a selection of books. An adjacent queen Murphy bed provides additional sleeping space.

Create sumptuous meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring quality stainless steel appliances and a center island with seating. When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table.

Find a restful slumber in the main bedroom, outfitted with a walk-in closet and a TV. The guest bedroom features a double futon, recliner, desk, desk chair, and an en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Sliding glass doors open to the private deck, with two chairs, a grill, and mountain views. A vast shared lawn offers the ultimate space for yard games.

An in-home washer/dryer, high-definition cable TV, and complimentary WiFi are provided. A mudroom is available in the entryway for recreational gear.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The dwelling was very clean when we arrived. Well stocked. Convenient location to mountain bike trailheads, grocery, and downtown Park City. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and close. It was a wonderful ladies mountain bike week! I would book here again.

Nice place, close to lifts and easy to find. Note the parking spaces in the garage are narrow but manageable. There are spots right outside the house to unload easily.Host was responsive and nice, house had plenty of space for my gf and I to comfortably work remotely at the same time.Would definitely stay again!

We had a problem with another VRBO and the day before our long planned trip had to find a new spot to stay. We were both so happy in the end that we had to book a new place because we couldn’t have asked for anything better!The location was amazing, walking distance to the chairlift. Super close to the downtown area with a great selection of restaurants, galleries, breakfast spots and coffee shops. We loved this place so much we wanted to extend our trip but couldn’t as it was already booked (unsurprisingly). Communication when trying to extend our stay was prompt, and very helpful, even offering to help us find a different place to stay. The house itself was immaculate when we arrived, plenty of towels for the two bathrooms as well as beach towels for the pool/jacuzzi. Ample storage space for everything, and a nice little nook by the front door for our ski gear. We loved that there’s a Murphy bed in the living room as we were able to lie down and watch movies after a long day of skiing. This was definitely a massive bonus! The neighborhood was also awesome. Nice and quiet and a perfect parking spot. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with staying here and will definitely try get this spot again when coming back to a Park City.

We loved the heated pool and hot tub. So much fun to swim while it was snowing. Played ping pong and used the saunas. It was a place we could relax and watch the snow fall.

PerfectPlace to stay to ski at Park City Mountain My son slept on the Pull out which was great. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The hot tub is HUGE and v nice. The clubhouse has treadmill & row & bike machines. Very convenient.

Excellent location & perfect condo for our family. It was off season in Park City & great time to visit. Easy walk to downtown & very private location. Snow capped views & green lush grass & trees. Lots of light in the condo since it is an end unit. Highly recommend this home for your getaway!

The moment we walked into the home we felt spoiled! The home was spotless, amazingly cozy and felt like home. We loved it so much we tried to extend our stay! (But naturally it was already booked) Everything you need was provided and THEN some! It was great and hard to leave.

Great property in the heart of park city. Home was clean and instructions for check in were easy. Kitchen and first floor bathroom were updated but the upstairs was a step back in time with strange closets and the bed in the extra “room” was very minimal but ok for a child. The main king bed was ok but the mattress pad was plastic and very loud. Our only problem we had during our stay was the tv. We couldn’t figure out how to get regular network tv to watch a major football game or the news. Overall the property was great and would definitely stay again.

This condo is beautiful, spacious and perfectly located for walking to the lifts, grocery store and dinner spots. The hot tub and sauna were amazing with a fun foosball table in the pool house. We had everything we needed during our stay, even backup batteries for the remote! The views are phenomenal with bunnies and birds visiting. We are so grateful and hope to return for another stay here.

This is a wonderful property. Check in was easy (the access code was provided by text), and the property was equipped with everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to the base of PCMR (5 minute walk), and easy walking distance to Old Town. I would rent this property again.

Pros: The location was great. 10 minute walk to the base of the slopes with shuttle and bus stops very close to unit. And very close to downtown - short drive/shuttle/bus. The hot tub/club house was right by the unit. The parking is free, designated, and covered. It is well maintained and updated. *Any cons I list are really me being a bit more picky and trying to help others with tips/expectations when booking this listing* Cons: I could see there being a little bit of an issue with privacy if there was more than one couple staying here as the bedroom upstairs is a loft with no door to close off noise from the downstairs (downstairs is a Murphy bed). Also, the additional “bedroom” upstairs is located by walking through the loft/bedroom with the king bed. The hot tub bleached my bathing suit, therefore ruining it, so there must have been a large amount of chlorine in it. I’ll just know to bring my old/cheap bathing suits next time. I definitely recommend this unit and would 100% stay here again.

The condo is in a great location a 5 minute walk from a Park City lift. Our only complaint is that the upstairs tub and sink were clogged and although we let VACASA know right away, no one came during our 3 day stay to fix it.

This property is well located - about a 10 minute walk to the lifts lugging gear. It was clean, had designated, covered parking, the kitchen was well stocked and unlike many VRBOs I've stayed in, was generous with the towels. HOWEVER, the listing should be clearer on the set up. The upstairs main bedroom is more like a loft - no doors for privacy, the stairs went to the bedroom and the 2nd sleeping area is BEHIND the main bedroom which entailed walking through the bedroom to get to it. Which meant zero privacy for anyone staying there. Also, the back bedroom had no heat vents, so had to keep the door between it and the main bedroom open to keep it warm. This was not ideal for anyone wanting any privacy after a long day on the mountain.

Super convenient property for easy access to Park City Mountain and historic Main Street. Easy 10 minute walk to the resorts and lifts! Free shuttle bus to Main Street right outside. We were 2 adults and had no problem sharing the loft unit, with 2 full beds/baths. The unit is also off the club house with hot tub and heated swimming pool. Great spot, would stay again!

The attentiveness and responsiveness was excellent! The video was perfect and was stocked with everything you would need. My only complaint would be the 10 digit lock code process (to enter property) is complicated and with so many digits, it caused multiple issues trying to gain access. Although there was an option to set the code to 4 digits, it never worked and we accidentally reset it to another 10 digit code which required us to ask for assistance from the property manager. I would recommend using the incoming guest’s last 4 digits of their cell phone to simplify gaining entry without having to fumble for your phone looking for the text message with the 10-digit code.
