The Space:

Filled with rustic charm, this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for your next vacation getaway.



After a fun-filled day in Park City, relax in the plush sofa and armchair seating in the family room. Cozy up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor fireplace while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa. Unwind for the night watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV while snuggled up in cozy blankets.



For a truly spectacular view, step out into the spacious private outdoor patio, and enjoy a nightcap as you marvel at the natural beauty of Park City on the lounge seating available during your stay.



Guests will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances, where the chef in your family can whip up a delicious meal for the rest of the group. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the quaint dining area as you share exciting stories from your fun-filled day in Park City.



For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and a full bathroom around the corner with a jetted spa tub/shower combo. The second bedroom, across the hall, has two comfortable twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space. A shared full bathroom with single vanity and a walk-in shower, near the family room, is available for guests during your stay.



A pull-down murphy bed, in the family room, is available for additional guests. There is a laundry facility in the complex for your washing needs.

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor patio, and a shared FREE laundry unit in the complex. There is also a ski locker available for guests to use.

This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Old Town and Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.



With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Our cozy condo is the perfect place to call basecamp after a day exploring the mighty Wasatch Mountains. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.



Getting Around:

You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.



Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note, the outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub are open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

The add stated there was a washer/dryer.. this is not in the unit-it was in the parking garage. It also stated hot tub which is one of the main reasons we booked here- only to find out the hot tub is seasonal! We were very disappointed in this. The floors had not been cleaned- I contacted the company and they offered to come right away and fix that but we declined bc we had already moved in.

Home not as advertised

This listing said it had 4 bathrooms on the main page. I kept looking at the pictures and noticed no pictures of bathrooms. There were only 2 bathrooms and one was the size of a shoebox. We had our family of 4 and each daughter brought a friend. There was no room for us to gather because 2 people had to keep their luggage in the family room. The water was not hot for all 6 people to take showers after skiing for dinner, so we had to split up showers throughout the day. Positives, location was amazing. But I would never ever stay here again.

Great Ski Location

Cozy and comfortable for our family of 5. Less than 1 minute walk to town lift and great restaurant options within walking distance. Aloha gear rental also right around the corner. Definitely a great stay if you want to be in town in lieu of one of the villages.

Great Location

This condo was ideal for our ski trip. It's conveniently located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in town. Plus, the walk to the town lift for skiing is just down the street, making it perfectly situated. Inside, the condo has everything you need and is super cozy for those cold winter evenings. The link they send you at check-in has all information you need; it's well organized. We would definitely come back!

What a great spot!

This was such a great spot. Short walk to the town lift, short walk to the bus, sand you are basically on Main Street! Property was clean and I loved the app that they provided. I arrived really late but it was all automated so I didn’t have to worry about anything! Would totally stay again! Hoping the town lift is open next time (and there is more snow)! Thank you.
