A spacious living area with a gas fireplace creates a warm après-ski atmosphere, and the private balcony or patio offers fresh mountain air and views of the surrounding Wasatch landscape. In-unit washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi and a full dining area add to the comfort of longer stays.

Outside the villa, WorldMark Park City surrounds you with year-round recreation: ski access to the Canyons lifts, heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, a fitness center, fire pits, and easy walking access to restaurants, shops and the resort village. Whether you're hitting the slopes, hiking the trails, or exploring Park City’s historic Main Street, this spacious 3 Bedroom Deluxe villa gives you style, comfort and unbeatable mountain proximity.

- Very limited self-parking available. Limit one vehicle per suite. in the unlikely event of additional parking spots available, the fee is $40 per night per vehicle. The resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.
