  • Ce condo de luxe vous met dans le centre de tout cela. Il est situé au cœur du Resort Center Park City - sur les pistes à Park City Mountain. Sortez du bâtiment et vous êtes sur la pente. Votre choix de quatre télésièges sont là. École de ski, Ascenseur Ticket Office, location d'équipement et de base Lodge sont tous à quelques pas. Le complexe dispose d'une grande piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée, deux bains à remous, un centre de remise en forme, sauna, réception et hall d'accueil avec cheminée. Un parking souterrain est disponible est une zone de stockage de ski verrouillé.

    Pour après-ski il y a des magasins, des restaurants et des spas �� quelques pas du Centre Resort. Comme vous êtes à droite à Park City Mountain Resort - la plaque tournante pour des navettes gratuites de la ville sont là vous donnant un accès rapide et facile à Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, et les points autour de la ville.

    Meubles en cuir, nouveau téléviseur HD à écran plat et un décor de montagne offrent le cadre idéal pour votre retraite de montagne. La cheminée et vue sur la montagne complètent le réglage. Joliment mis à jour spacieuse cuisine avec granit, r��frigérateur inoxydable pleine grandeur, cuisini��re, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et le rendent facile à dîner-in. Mais quand vous décidez d'explorer Park City, vous êtes pas des restaurants, des boutiques, des spas, le théâtre et la vie nocturne. Ce condo a vue sur la montagne et la vallée. Et, comme ce condo est dans le bâtiment principal - la piscine, un bain à remous et un centre de remise en forme sont à une courte - à l'intérieur de marche. Très pratique. NOTE:. Ceci est un grand Studio - à 525 pieds carrés - �� ne pas confondre avec les petits studios!

very nice studio in a perfect location

location couldn't be better, 2 lifts are basically outside the building. A free shuttle brings you to Main Street in minutes. The studio is very nice and everything was clean and functional. Definitely will consider this place again when we're coming back to Park City.

Convenient, Clean, & Comfortable

This was the perfect rental for our week-long trip to Park City for my first time skiing. The unit is extremely convenient to everything, very clean, and well worth the value. All of the amenities made for an awesome experience! It’s located on the first floor right next to the pool/hot tub/fitness area, also next to the elevator that leads to the ski locker that comes with the rental. We loved the ability to ski in/out and change out of ski boots when we took breaks. The unit could not be any closer to everything else the lodge area offers too - general store, food, drinks, main ski lift, the bus stop, etc…. We used the bus (free of charge) every night for transportation to dinner and left the unit about 5 mins before the bus was scheduled to arrive. We stuck to Park City for skiing and Main Street for dinners, but the bus system accesses neighboring canyons with routes to several other areas you could explore/ski too. Also, the unit came with all of the kitchen utensils we needed to make breakfast each morning. The owner provided Check-in and Check-out instructions via email that were easy to follow and a guest guide on the counter that was helpful during the week. Will note that our booking was for two people, four weekday nights. The studio was spacious for us and our belongings. There is room for up to 6 people to sleep comfortably, but everyone would need to be strategic and organized with their belongings to keep it comfortable during the day (use the dressers, etc..). I would recommend maximum of 4 people if you are staying longer than two nights.

Amazing!

I had a wonderful stay at Susie's condo in Park City. The condo was beautiful and had everything I needed to make it my little home away from home for a month. The location was perfect, just a short walk to main street, and right at the base of the mountain. Susie also provided me great recommendations for restaurants and hikes in the area. It was the perfect getaway.

Great place with great location

This place was a great place to stay for our first time in Park City. We wanted to have a ski in and ski out location to make it easy to come back and eat. The food cost at the resort are high so this saved a lot of cash for a family of four. There is a murphy bed and two pull out sofas so there was plenty of sleeping room for the four of us and our kids did not have to share a bed. There is a locker room where you can store your skis and equipment and the door is right next to the slope. From the door, you can ski right down to the first time lift and then ski right back to the locker room door when you are done. The place is on the 1st floor and steps away from the pool and hot tub which was great at the end of the day. No wondering around a huge facility in your bathing suit. The bus also has a pick up right outside the facility which was great to get into town or back from the far side of the resort if you want to ski at Canyons. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the week. We definitely will come back again next year.

Family Ski Trip Out West

What can we say but this rental was convenient, convenient, convenient!!!! This was our first time traveling to ski with two young children (6.5 & 3.5 yrs) and the location was ABSOLUTELY the best. Multiple times over my husband and I said that you cannot put a value on the ability to walk out of the rental and be steps from ski school and the slopes. Instead of hauling or valeting all your gear and kids items you can check in ski school and quickly jet back to the rental. The rental was decorated well and cozy. We were able to get groceries and save money eating breakfast and even some lunches/dinners. The down time to kick boots off for a few minutes was great also! There was good bar and food location right out front door nice for adults. Everything you need to cook is available and many items (salt/pepper/oil etc) are in the unit unlike many other places we have rented in the past. The washer/dryer was small but sufficient. Despite being on the first floor and close to elevators we were pleasantly surprised that it was quiet for sleep hours. The indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub was used daily and GREAT! The outdoor pool area does need some maintenance (tile, hardscape) but was fine. We did not use the gym, it was small but would have been sufficient. The one notable small issue was the fold out couch by the window was notably colder, perhaps insulation or more blankets would be great. We would still rent the unit again though! Susie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our kids are ready to go back!

Fantastic location, really nice light space, great in the summer.

This place looks way better than these pics say. It has definitely had a re-Furb and is super stylish. Kitchen is small but functional, all the pots and pans you need. We had a good experience with Susie and will definitely come again.

great, well maintained studio for 4-6 with ideal mountainside location - walk out to ski!

Location, location. at base of Park City, near Payday lift. 20 steps to gym, pool, hot tub, or ski rental (Jackson's Base Camp). Underground parking. Murphy bed reasonably comfortable. Pull outs couches (x2). Well appointed kitchen. Clean. Worked well for my wife and I plus 2 boys. single bathroom makes more than 4 people a little challenging, but totally worked for 4. With some careful unpacking and use of the closet and wall hooks for jackets, helmets and ski pants, we never felt cramped despite being a studio. After staying in off site places (town homes), it was refreshing to stay at the moutain despite the cozier quarters. Would stay here again.

Great Location

This unit is in the perfect location for any stay in Park City. Easily accessible and convenient to all skiing and easy commute to main street. Unit is well appointed and complex contains everything you need. Staff at desk is very friendly and helpful if needed.

Great location, Excellent Property

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was neat, cozy and comfortable. The location is PERFECT. As soon as you get out of the lobby you are in the slopes. Having a washer and a dryer at the property was a plus. Susie was great accommodating us and helping us with our needs. The only issue we had was that we talked about a late checkout but we never confirmed it and we had to leave the property much earlier that we expected. Apart from that misunderstanding, we would definitely return for another stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Absolutely amazing Room and Awesome Location Location Location!

My husband, myself and our four children ages 6 to 11 stayed here for 5 nights and had The Most Amazing stay! We are Texans and my kids love to ski but hate being cold. We would walk out the door, put our skis on and ski for 1-2 hours. Go back to our room and have snacks, hot chocolate, and warm up. We would even get our swimsuits on and walk a few steps from our room to the hot tub/pool and play In the water. Then we would go back to our room and get dressed and get our ski stuff on and go back to the slopes. The location was so amazing I couldn’t believe it! We rented skis from Jackson’s base camp (also literally 20 steps from our door) and they stored our skis for us (plus we got 30% off since we were renters at the lodge). Every amenity you could possibly need was inside our room. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen tool and gadget that a chef would need. We had all the towels, blankets, pillows we needed! Everything was so perfect. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer in our unit. They even had the place stocked with family games and my kids enjoyed playing them. If you are looking for an amazing place to stay with super easy access to the slopes this is your place. We truly had the worlds best ski vacation and it was most definitely because of the location of this unit. It also was very quiet. We had no issues with loud noises. It snowed 13 Inches one day and we were grateful that our car was parked safely in the parking garage below us. No snow scraping for us! Susie was a great communicator in helping us arrange our stay! Thank you!

Fantastic location, clean, great service

We found this property to be great value. There couldn't have been a more convenient location and everything was just as it said in the listing. The manager was super helpful, and gave us ideas for activities as well as a super orientation for getting around Park City and what to do. The apartment is well stocked and nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I liked the fact that the condo was close to the pool and gym area, as well as all the shops, yet there was no traffic or noise from those amenities, because we were tucked around a corner. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Ski in Ski out location :)

This was my first time to Park City and couldn't be happier with this studio. The Studio was on the first floor of the lodge which made it a 30 second walk to the hot tub, pool, shops, rentals, restaurants and only a 1 minute walk to the slopes :). I was impressed with how stocked the place was. The unit was well stocked with utensils for cooking and supplies for the bathroom. Wifi in the lodge worked well. I contacted the owner a few times and she was very responsive in answering my calls. This property is truly in Resort Center Village area of Park City. I skied Canyons the last 2 days and that was a 5 minute drive not kidding from parking deck of the lodge to free parking at Canyons Resort :). I will definitely be back to this location as it was central to skiing, resort center, and downtown Park City. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay :)

A Wonderful first exposure to Park City and VRBO

Our condo met all our skiing and accommodation needs, very comfortable, easy access to the slopes, free bus service to the town, Deer Valley, the Canyon and restaurants. The Condo had everything that you would want, even hand lotion and dish detergent. Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful addition. The owner was most helpful with the setup of the condo and advice about what Park City had to offer. We will certainly consider booking it again.

Closest to the slopes ever!

Our family of four stayed at this awesome condo for 12 nights and loved it! The condo is great with all updated and comfortable furniture. The murphy bed is super comfortable, and having a washer/dryer very convenient. Our children loved walking just a few steps to the pool, or taking the elevator to the basement ski lockers and putting your skiis on right on the slope. Great place to ski, great town to see, with the shuttle right outside the door. The charming icerink is right outside the door as well. It was a perfect holiday vacation!

Perfect Ski In/Out Location

We stayed here in January 2013 (with my wife and 1 year old son) and the condo was great, exactly as described. It is a true ski in/out property with various restaurants nearby or a very convenient shuttle into town. The condo is well furnished with a good kitchen and bathroom. The pool, hot tubs and fitness center are all well maintained. The owner is exceptionally well organized and accommodating.

Great Location, Charming Condo

I've been coming to Park City for many years because it's a charming town with fantastic snow, great restaurants, and tons of stuff to do year round. I always stay at Lodge at the Mountain Village because the hotel has a lot of nice amenities (fitness center, spa, indoor and outdoor 'under-the-stars' hot tubs, heated swimming pool, lockers, concierge, etc), and the location can't be beat for both summer and winter activities. During winter you can literally ski or board down to several different lifts right from the door, and during summer you're just steps from mountain biking, alpine slide, and all the other fun activities on the mountain. Restaurants, shops, sports equipment rental, convenience shop, and the free shuttle for rides all over the place, are right outside your door. The problem with Lodge at Mountain Village is that when you book a condo through the hotel, you never know what you're going to get, and for the same price you might get a crowded 300 square foot condo or an ample 550 square footer. Sometimes you're lucky and the condo is nice, and other times you pay a lot of money for a place that isn't so hot. That's why I was so happy to find VRBO and this charming condo. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and the condo was clean, very well maintained, and recently renovated with gorgeous granite counters, a warm cheerful color scheme, and charming mountain decor. It was located on the main level and in the main building (Lodge at Mountain Village has several buildings, and this is the nicest one by far), just around the corner from the front desk, and close to everything (fitness center, spa, sports shop, skiing,etc), which is great, since at the end of a hard day skiing or hiking, I don't feel like trekking to an outlying building and/or up the elevator two floors (or worse -- down to the basement), to get to my condo. It was nice seeing the pictures and knowing exactly what I was getting in advance, paying a fraction of the price the hotel charges for a much nicer condo, and having an owner who obviously cares about her condo and her guests. I would stay here again, and have recommended this condo to a number of friends who thanked me for recommending such a nice and convenient place.

Perfect location and well-stocked!

My husband and I rented this property for a long weekend get-away. Free, underground parking is provided with the unit, and that was the beginning of our perfect stay. The unit is close to the very quick elevator. When we opened the door to the unit, we were very pleased. Granite counter-tops, leather sofa, gas fireplace, warm tones....there are so many wonderful things about this condo! We chose to sleep on the Murphy Bed, and it was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets were provided for our party of 2, as well as plenty of bath towels and even travel-size toiletries. The kitchen was also well-stocked with utensils, silverware, and dishes. We didn't purchase coffee filters, and we were very pleased to see they were provided in the unit. The hot tub is a very short walk down the hall. There is a well-equipped workout room just steps from the unit. You can not beat the location of this unit! Right at the resort, steps from the actual slopes, and the free city bus stops right out front. We are so pleased we rented this unit, and would not hesitate to do so again!

Fantastic location but a few rough edges exist

Overall I enjoyed my stay and Kathy was easy to work with The location is just 20 to 30 yards from the lifts. A couple of on property restaurants are only a minute or two away. The "A Fresh Market" grocery is just a 10 minute walk down the hill.Main street in old Park City is walkable (20 min) or just a short bus ride (free). The condo is nice but some deficiencies exist that can easily be corrected to make the next guest's stay more enjoyable. They are: slow draining tub (15+min) after a ten minute shower, broken DVD player, burned out heat lamp in bath, better blankets for bed, and odds and ends silverware.

10/10 Excellent

Excellant Christmas!!

Everything was great! Condo is laid out so that my husband, twin 8y/o girls and I could stretch out. we never felt on top of each other. The codo is right around from the corner from the pool (walked ther in our suits n with no prblem) and directly on the slopes. We even took advantege of our location for lunch each day as to not waste time waiting in lines on the mountain. The owner was wonderful to work with. We had three large boxes sent early that she held onto for us and then delivered the day we arrived. She even gave us christmas lights for my girls to hang around the room to give it a Christmasy feel. We had a great stay and hope to do it again. Thanks Kathy!!
