Conveniently situated just a quick drive from Park City Mountain, Downtown Main Street, and Deer Valley, this immaculate townhome, newly renovated as of spring 2022, presents a beautiful launching pad for your adventures. Walk to the hiking trails just down the street or indulge in relaxation in the private hot tub on the patio. All Seasons Adventures is less than three miles away. A shared community pool is ideal for warm summer days.

Inside this spacious abode, the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining spaces are detailed with soaring ceilings and ample room for the group to lounge. The spacious primary suite, complete with its own deck, awaits your retreat. The well-appointed kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a large island for culinary endeavors. A high chair is thoughtfully provided for the littlest member of your group, and a second deck off the kitchen, offering mountain views, provides ample space for an afternoon barbecue.

Four well-furnished bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and the fifth bedroom has a full bathroom adjacent to it. A second living space offers another place to sink into vacation mode. Added perks of this family-friendly home include a crib and a double sofa bed in the lower-level common area.

Throughout the winter season, it is prohibited to park vehicles in the driveway because 24/7 snowplowing is conducted on both the streets and driveways.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a fantastic stay at Gallivan Loop!! We had a group of 8 adults and were celebrating my father's 90th birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own private space, and plenty of space for group gatherings. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the comforts of home. It was very clean. The property management company was very responsive when we contacted them. The location is close to Main Street and shopping is not too far. The neighborhood is new, and very quiet. One thing of note which is not apparent from the listing is that you need to take stairs to get to the kitchen and main area.The master bedroom is also on the second floor. If you have a guest that is mobility limited, this may be tough on them. We highly recommend and would love to stay again if in the area.

We had an amazing time at this vrbo. It was perfect for 4 couples. We all had our own rooms and bathroom. The kitchen was so well equipped and we cooked every meal in the vrbo!!! So close to everything we needed and the venues we were attending...would highly recommend for anyone traveling with large group.

The home was quite lovely and very clean. We did have some trouble with the Wi-Fi, but it was resolved within 24 hours. We would definitely rent it again for a whole month. However, we would need to bring our dog and they don’t except pets. The place was huge and the hot tub worked very well. The management team was responsive and delightful.

It was a great price to stay with the family. The community pool, unfortunately, was dirty, and the exorbitant VRBO fees were ridiculous, but that's not the owner's fault. Everything else was great; we would definitely stay again.

It’s incredibly hard to find a place for several adults to stay in the area that has accommodations for 4-5 couples, along with en suite or semi-private bathrooms, that doesn’t break the bank. Now that we found this gorgeous property I am sure we will be back another year for another reunion! It’s got an incredibly well-stocked kitchen to boot! Thanks so much for the great weekend. We will be back!!

Beautiful home, bright, with lovely views and close to hiking trails. Ideal for adult couples traveling together - most bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Common areas were large enough to accommodate us all - large and comfy sectional couch as well as a grand dining table.

We highly enjoyed our stay, there was great space available inside, a pool & hot tub, bike trails and much more. We will look into staying at this location again. The one thing I would recommend to the property manager or owner is to double check the cleanliness before guests arrive. We found quite a bit of existing hair on the walls of our shower and a few very dusty spots throughout the condo.
