A bright and beautiful bedroom just off the entrance makes for an inviting retreat with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, crisp linens, and a full-size en suite bathroom. Striking black and white tile work, shower/tub combo, and a single sink vanity welcome you in to wash your cares away in the attached bathroom.
A second bedroom, boasting a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage space, and lots of light is an ideal space to drift off to sleep after a day of fun. A second, full-size main floor bathroom with striking stone and tile detail and a walk-in shower is located just steps from this bedroom, while also serving as a conveniently shared bathroom due to its close proximity to the dining/kitchen/living areas.

Located at the historic Blue Church Lodge, guests also have access to the Lodgeâs common spaces and amenities, including a spacious and light-filled great room, a game room with a pool table and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance of both city and the slopes making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park Cityâs historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment offerings. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, so you can go from city to slopes in almost no time at all.
Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans located throughout the home if needed.
The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).
Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
