KBM Resorts is proud to represent "The Flying Moose" Red Pine Townhome, just two blocks from the Cabriolet lift & Canyons Village. Completely renovated, bright & airy 4-bedroom, 4-bath mountain retreat offers ample space in which to spread out after a day of hiking, golfing, biking or skiing/boarding.

This luxury vacation rental has floor-to-ceiling windows welcoming you to view the mountain, watch the snowfall or bask in the sunlight. Snuggle up on the sofa with a good book & a blanket next to the gas burning Fireplace. When you are not exploring the great outdoors, soak in the Common area hot tub, swim in the pool or use the sauna at the nearby clubhouse. Tennis & volleyball courts are located on site as well. Within this 2,127-square-foot residence, family & friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 9 in beds.

Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware & cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Parents will appreciate the plastic kids' dishware for worry-free meals. There is a dining table set for six with more seating at the kitchen island.

Living: Continue into the open living room, where your family can comfortably gather around to catch up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television, along with the Gas Fireplace, which adds warmth & a romantic mood to the room.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the upper level features a king-size bed & a spacious en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom is on the lower level & features a queen-size & a twin-size bed & an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

Bedroom 3: This guest bedroom is on the lower level & features a queen-size bed & an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4: This guest bedroom is on the main level & features a full mattress over full mattress bunk bed & an en-suite bathroom with a Walk-in shower.

The downstairs boot room & the bathrooms all have heated floors.

Bedrooms all feature warm duvets & luxury 400-thread-count linens.
bathrooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, & a hairdryer. Also provided is start-up bathroom tissue.

Cooling: The condo has room specific air conditioning.

Parking: The Townhome includes a covered carport next to the private entrance & an additional parking space, allowing for parking two cars total.

Location: This Townhome is located just two blocks from the Cabriolet lift & Canyons Village. In the Winter, simply put your ski boots on in your own heated-floor boot room & call Canyons Connect. The Canyons Village Connect will pick you up at the front door & whisk you to the Canyons base village. If you want to ski home, ski down the groomed trail between the Grand Summit Hotel & the Orange Bubble lift. Take off your skis & Walk across the street to the house. It is also located directly on the route of the FREE city-wide Shuttle bus for Easy access to Park City's Historic Main Street & its shops, restaurants, art galleries & entertainment.

Wifi & Entertainment: Your Townhome includes FREE Wi-Fi & cable TV channels. Select units include smart televisions.

Laundry: This property features an in-suite stackable washer & dryer with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Just a quarter mile from Canyons Village and 15 minutes from Park City Mountain and Deer Valley, Red Pine showcases exquisite condos and townhomes. Amazing location with great home for 2 families to share

Beds are comfortable, kitchen is loaded with everything you need, the HOA provides shuttle service for easy access to the lifts. Home is ski in with a very short walk into condo. Loved our stay!

Perfect for our Annual Family Ski Trip

First time visiting PC for our annual Family Ski trip and it was perfect for our crew. The location is very convenient to the lifts and the shuttle. The property is as described- clean, comfortable and updates. We will return. Our family has taken this annual ski trip for the last 30 years and this place is in our top 5 favorite places we have stayed over the years.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was the perfect size and location for our extended family trip. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The shuttle to the mountain was so easy to use, but we were also close enough to walk to the mountain and to ski back after a day on the slopes. A few things that would make it even better are window coverings in the bunk room, better WiFi for the bedroom televisions, and the proper address listed in our confirmation emails. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would gladly stay here again.

Great Location!

Property was very conveniently located and easy to access. Everything was as described and very nice. Sleeps 9 comfortably but, the family room is a bit small for that many people. Great communication from management and very clean!

Exactly What We Needed!

We were a family of 6 adults on a skiing vacation. Our townhouse was perfect! Very spacious. Great beds and bedding. Nice travel shampoos and soaps in all 4 bathrooms!!! At dinner in 3 nights doing our own cooking and found appliances to be modern, clean and high end. Water was hot!!!! A new stop and pour coffee pot might be a thing needed but other than than our stay was great. We enjoyed the smart TV in the living room. Loved the nights cubby area for all the boots and coats. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful, Updated, Clean Townhome in the Canyons

Out stay was great. The town home is clean and has modern up to date decor and high end finishes. It was perfect for our family of 3 kids, and 4 adults. We could have comfortably had another couple stay with us as we only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The location is great. Close the the Canyons base. Free shuttle to take you around the base area. It was only a short drive to wal-mart for provisions. Easier to access than staying at the base of park city mountain. The hot tub and heated pool at the clubhouse were a bonus, but we did have to reserve a spot each day due to covid. There is an outside ski locker and a great ski room inside with benches and storage for your coats, boots, ski pants etc. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Overall: highly recommend and hope to be back!

This property was in the perfect location and we left the privacy of a townhome. We actually had a condo rented at Westgate and switch to this last minute due to private entrance and more space. We Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was extremely clean and plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. The only issue we ran into is that the thermostat to heat the master bedroom upstairs in the bunk room had a label on it to not use, but the fireplace did not heat those rooms. The management company responded very promptly and offered to come check it out or deliver heaters but we went ahead and tested that thermostat and it did the trick. The two downstairs bedrooms also had heaters on the floor that made a really loud noise when they kicked on and the kids got woken up throughout the night due to that. We left a sled for you as there’s a wonderful hill right outside the back patio. Also left a collapsible Christmas tree that hopefully they will leave there for future use!!!
