Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Ce condo confortable est idéal pour tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre l'expérience complète de Park City. Situé en plein cœur de la ville - à moins de ½ mile du Park City Mountain Resort de renommée mondiale. Le condo est juste à l'extérieur de la charmante vieille ville avec la rue principale historique avec quatre restaurants étoilés, des boutiques de classe mondiale et des galeries d'art uniques. Faites quelques pas vers Fresh Market pour faire l'épicerie, Starbucks, les cinémas, un magasin d'alcools, des restaurants, des magasins et l'un des favoris locaux, Squatters Brewery.

L'une des plus grandes choses de cette ville est le système de bus de ville GRATUIT permettant aux visiteurs de se déplacer partout sans avoir besoin de voiture, et l'arrêt de bus de la ville est situé juste devant la porte arrière de votre condo! Si vous choisissez de louer une voiture, il y a un abri d'auto réservé pour cette unité.

Le rez-de-chaussée présente une disposition ouverte avec la cuisine ouverte sur l'espace de vie principal, des plafonds de 24 pieds et un joli foyer au gaz confortable pour se blottir après une longue journée sur les pistes. La cuisine a été récemment mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires personnalisées et de nouveaux appareils. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend également une laveuse et une sécheuse intégrées, une salle à manger et une petite salle d'eau. A l'étage, il y a 3 chambres - Une grande suite parentale avec un lit King, un balcon avec vue sur les montagnes et une salle de bain complète. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et la troisième chambre a 2 lits superposés (4 lits jumeaux). Le condo comprend également le câble et le wifi haut débit.

Le complexe de condos Park Avenue comprend une piscine chauffée et deux bains à remous surdimensionnés afin que vous puissiez profiter d'un bain de détente en plein air après une longue journée de sortie. Remarque: la piscine et les bains à remous sont fermés du 20 avril au 21 mai et du 8 septembre au 12 décembre. 5. Les courts de tennis ne sont pas ouverts en hiver.

Great host, very accommodating! Clean property and very close to Park city mountain. Great location, very close to transit and grocery store. Community pool and hot tubs were fantastic after a day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was our 5th ski trip with good friends and the place was perfect! Our boys had their own room with bunk beds, the kitchen was a perfect place to socialize! Safe neighborhood, comfy beds, and was pretty quiet. Took a bit to figure out the path to the base but we figured it out. The skiing was meh with lack of snow and the ski patroller strike but the place was great!

The host was extremely hospitable; she allowed for early check in, late check out, and storing luggage in a locked storage closet after we checked out. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were power strips by each side of the king bed so that I could charge multiple devices, and on top of all that the water in the showers was delightful. The condo is convenient to theaters, the library, Freshmarket, and buses to many parts of town. I strongly recommend this property and host. I look forward to staying there again.

This place was amazing. It was spacious, comfortable, very convenient for getting around Park City, and, on top of that, the host was wonderful and accommodating. She asked when we were going to arrive and made arrangements to store our belongings until the place was cleaned and ready for moving in. I would jump at the opportunity to rent this place again.

Fabulous location, comfortable beds, great kitchen and area to hang out. This condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We were two families of 3, with teen sons who enjoyed the bunk beds. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We’d definitely recommend the place to others and stay again.

Owner is super responsive and very helpful. Location is really good. You do NOT need a car. We rode the bus everywhere with no problem. For a small fee the owner had our condo stocked with food before arrival. What a plus. Highly recommend this service. We had 6 adults on our ski trip. The place needs some updating and housekeeper could do a better job but it was comfortable. The beds were comfortable which is another huge plus. The common hot tubs are nice. Internet is VERY GOOD. Which was a plus for the video production techie's in our group. PN California

Mackenzie’s condo is as advertised; ideal location! We walked to the shuttle in ski boots and were at PCM in 5 minutes. Fresh Market and good restaurants all close walks too. We walked to/from town more then we shuttled. The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty spacious for six adults. Some updating (bathrooms, carpet) could be done but, honestly, feel like that’s nitpicking. Mackenzie is a pleasure to deal with and runs the process extremely efficiently. If we were to return to Park City I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with a group of friends during the back end of Sundance and then a couple more days, and this place met our needs completely. It is well looked after from beginning to end. The photos give an accurate depiction of the property. The location is excellent, especially for Sundance Film Festival and other times of the year for walking or free shuttle bus access to food stores, shopping, dining and everything Park City has to offer. The condo itself is typical of many built circa 1980: somewhat dated exterior and floor plan, but the place has been updated. Some units of this size in Park City are very "vertical" so you find yourself climbing up and down stairs. This one is on two levels and is long front to back. A nice feature. Everything you need -- and sometimes more than you need -- is onsite. The kitchen in particular is well kitted out for vacation use: There is enough of everything, and it's easy to find (once you figure out what switches control which lights). Example: There appear to be 2 working blenders! Plenty of cookware and utensils, dishes and cutlery. (We made breakfast and some meals in.) The living room is comfortable for a good-sized group, and there are two-plus spaces for seated meals. Should you attempt the 500-piece puzzle, make sure you have some time and a lot of eyeballs and decent lighting. The owner Mackenzie is almost laughably helpful. I don't think I waited 5 minutes for a response to any text message. I would have texted less if I had paid closer attention to the very handy and comprehensive condo orientation book that she provides to users. The pool and hot tub for the complex is down the street a few minutes walk away, and has limited hours. You won't be able to have a late-evening soak.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the Park City area in general. The unit is very convenient and very comfortable. We really liked the layout, the interior views and the covered parking. Perhaps some updating would make it even better. Nothing major, just a few loose plumbing fittings, new carpeting maybe. The furniture in the courtyard looked as though it had been discarded. Maybe it should be.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. Condo is spacious and clean. We even drove to PCMR to ski as the drive felt like half a mile. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were downplayed a bit. They are very nice and we enjoyed them just about every day.

A group of 7 of us, all adults, stayed here for a week and it was perfect. It was very clean and spacious, enough room for all of us and had all of the amenities you would need for your stay. Very close distance to the bus stop which we walked to everyday. In just a few minutes you can be in the Park City or Canyons ski base. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A terrific condo perfect for our Sundance-attending group! Clean, well-appointed, and spacious, with all the amenities (and super soft sheets!!). Plus an excellent location - literally across the street from Fresh Market and the DoubleTree. Quiet condo complex, too, and key-entry so easy. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, with prompt communication, and flexible on check in/check out. Just wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be back. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room, the furniture was all very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. The location was wonderful - right on the bus line in both directions and with grocery and retail shopping a few steps awaay. We walked downtown for dinner - might be a bit long for some but we're walkers so it was great. Plus it's downhill on the way home! Park City Mountain Resort was just around the corner. We had one non-skier in our party so she was our "driver" and was able to drop us off and pick us up in a matter of minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Arrived SLC Christmas day from Seattle—and although probably more snow to ski in WA, we loved our get-away and spreading out in this comfy and cozy condo—more like a townhome, great parking, within walking to Fresh Market grocer and Rite-Aid. Shuttle for ski and to Main St is easy walk to Park Ave, right outside the property. Amazing quiet and clean unit. Everything was ready and organized, including instructions and ideas in a great condo handbook. We would definitely stay again. We brought our 10-lb 11-yr old havanese—nothing like having the whole family together for the holidays. Easy check-in and check-out, too. Thank you Mackenzie for being there if needed. Very responsive with our many questions. Loved our welcome basket too. So many nice touches which we truly truly appreciated. I’m sensitive to odors and this was a fresh clean unit! So grateful. And what a great comfy couch, as were the beds! Park City is beautiful! Would love to come back when there is more snow!!

After visiting Park City in the winter for the past 7 years we decided we wanted to experience this beautiful town in the Summer. Our overall experience was wonderful, the condo is clean, stylish and well equipped with close walking distance to shops, restaurants, free shuttle bus, golf course and PC mountain. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

My husband and I traveled with our 3 teenaged kids to Park City to ski/snowboard for a week. The location of the property was awesome. We were able to walk right across the street to the Fresh Market for groceries. A block down was the liquor store, local bagel breakfast shop and other restaurants. The shuttle stopped right outside of the building and we took it every day to ski and board or to go into town to eat dinner or shop. The shuttle service was free and most places were less than 10 minutes away. The great thing about this condo is it is directly between the Canyons and Park City resorts. The condo itself had a great kitchen, a nice private master with master bath and there was plenty of room for the kids. The loft was perfect for our daughter and our sons shared the room with two twin beds. There was a bathroom between the loft and the twin bed room for the kids to use. The living room had a big couch for all of us to relax on after skiing/boarding all day and we had the fireplace on all the time. We didn't use the garage because we didn't rent a car but it did have a huge closet that fit all of our snowboards/skis, etc. The walk to the shuttle was even easy in ski boots! The kids used the indoor pool/hot tub righ in the condo complex. I would highly recommend.
