Spend your days skiing, return for a soak in your private hot tub, and gather around the stone fireplace for a relaxed evening together. With 1,953 square feet, two spacious bedrooms, a loft with a queen sleeper sofa, and three full bathrooms, Il Cervo comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

A PRIME LOWER DEER VALLEY LOCATION
Leave the car in the heated garage and enjoy a short, stair-free walk to Snow Park Lodge. Staying this close makes it easy to head out for the morning or return to the condo for a midday break. Il Cervo occupies a third-floor corner location on the building’s top floor, offering wonderful views of Snow Park Lodge and the surrounding mountain setting. Elevator access connects the garage and condo floor, with ski lockers conveniently located next to the third-floor elevator.

INVITING SPACES TO GATHER
The mountain-modern interior creates a welcoming setting for time with family and friends. A beautiful stone gas fireplace anchors the living area, where you can settle in after a day outdoors, enjoy the views, or watch a favorite movie on the smart TV.
The well-appointed kitchen makes preparing breakfast, an après-ski spread, or dinner at home easy. A large island with six comfortable bar stools provides seating for the entire group and a natural gathering place for meals and conversation.

TWO SPACIOUS BEDROOMS PLUS A LOFT
The master bedroom features a king bed and the guest room a queen, both with private ensuite bathrooms, making Il Cervo an appealing choice for two couples or a family. An upstairs loft offers a queen sleeper sofa and its own full bathroom, providing an additional sleeping option while keeping the maximum occupancy at six guests.

The loft is accessed by stairs inside the condo.
