Step into this cozy studio condo at Carriage House, just a stone's throw from the vibrant Prospector neighborhood. With a comfy queen bed and a smart TV, this inviting space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It can comfortably sleep up to 3 guests, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking for a mountain retreat.
BATHROOM
Enjoy a fresh, modern feel in the newly renovated bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, ideal for recharging before or after a day of adventure.
KITCHENETTE
This condo's kitchenette is ready for all your essentials. It has four cooktops, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink and provides everything needed to prepare light meals or snacks.
AMENITIES
Enjoy a range of on-site amenities designed for relaxation and convenience. Take a dip in the heated outdoor pool (open seasonally) or soak in the indoor hot tub, available year-round. Unwind in the inviting common lounge, complete with a cozy fireplace and board games. For added convenience, the property also features locker rooms, vending machines, laundry facilities, and complimentary outdoor parking.
PARKING
Carriage House has outside parking and there are no height restrictions. One parking spot is guaranteed per reservation. Once you arrive, you must register your vehicle to avoid any tickets or towing.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
There are two bus stops outside Chatham Crossing. The main bus stop is on Prospector Ave. The other bus stop is on Poison Creek Lane.
- Bus 1 (red) departs every 20-30 minutes from both bus stops. From 8:33 am - 4:53 pm, it's every 20 minutes; all other times, it's every 30 minutes.
- Bus 5 (yellow) departs every 20-30 minutes from the Prospector Ave bus stop. From 8:26 am - 4:46 pm, it's every 20 minutes; all other times, it's every 30 minutes.
-Bus 50 (teal) departs every 30 minutes from the Prospector Ave bus stop. From 6:42 am - 11:14 pm.

RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
