The Space:
Situated just a few blocks away from the historic Main Street, this charming 2-bedroom condo is the perfect mountain getaway for those who want to be in the heart of the action. This home is located right off Quittin Time, so you can ski straight to the front steps of the building. Or make the short walk with your gear to Park City Town Lift and be out on the slopes in no time. Inside the condo, you will find a stylish home with an open and social living space, two comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom providing enough space for you and your group of up to 4 to spread out and relax.

As you enter the home, you will see the stairs to the upper floor directly in front of you and the open shared living space ahead. Make your way into the home and first come to the fully-equipped kitchen which makes efficient use of its space with a full range of appliances and all the basic cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal. The open layout of the home gives you the bonus of enjoying the views out of the many windows even when you are preparing meals or doing dishes! Next to the kitchen is the dining area, making it convenient to bring hot dishes right to the table for a family-style meal. The dining table provides seating for 4 so you can all gather together for meal times and chat about the upcoming day’s adventures. Next to the dining table, you will find a desk and office chair, providing a quiet space for catching up on any remote work needs during your stay.

Connected to the dining room is the inviting living room. Step into this bright space and enjoy the lovely views over the trees from the sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows. The well-decorated space boasts a comfortable couch and two leather chairs, so you can kick back and relax while you warm up by the fire. Enjoy the views from the cozy seating in this space, or have a family movie night on the 55” TV. You are going to love relaxing and connecting with loved ones in this charming room! From the living room, you can step out the sliding glass doors onto a shared balcony space, where you will find two plastic patio chairs with a small bistro-style table to sit at while you enjoy the views over the Wasatch mountains.

Unwind and recharge for the next day's adventures in one of the home’s two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is a beautiful space featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with matching nightstands and lamps on either side, a dresser and closet, and access to the home’s bathroom. A real highlight of this room is the window seat! Curl up with a good book and take in the views from this cozy space, the perfect spot to start or end your day in Park City. The second bedroom provides extra sleeping space with a twin-over-full bunk bed in a metal bed frame. Lovely wood shelves and a lamp add a warm ambiance to the space, which also includes a TV and a closet.

Near the bedrooms is the home’s full bathroom, which can be accessed from both the hallway and the master bedroom. The bathroom has a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a lovely granite countertop, which is separated from the toilet and bathtub/shower by a second door. This separation of space provides additional privacy, perfect for sharing the bathroom with other guests in the home.

Guests will also have access to a stacked washer and dryer, which is located in a cabinet between the kitchen and dining room.

You are also a short, 8-minute walk to the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door. Whatever type of activity you are after, this home places you near it all! The perfect launching pad for year-round fun in Park City.

Getting Around:
You can’t beat the incredible location of this home! Situated in the heart of town, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift. From Park City Town Lift you will have direct access to Park City Mountain Resort! You are also just a five-minute walk away from both the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District.

Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Cozy Sundance Stay

Was in town for Sundance Film Festival and couldn't have been happier with this location. Clean, comfortable, easy to get to from Main Street. Just up the stairs. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the fireplace was such a treat especially when it snowed. The rooms and beds were comfortable

Small Apartment, Terrible bathroom, good location

Our family of 3 stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 nights for a ski trip. The pictures on the listing are a bit deceiving. The furniture including the beds are very cheap and uncomfortable. Our 7 year old slept on a bunk bed in his room on the top bunk. The bunk bed was so cheap and felt like it could fall apart at any point. My wife and I stayed in the bigger bedroom and the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. The bed frame felt cheap and not well put together and the mattress felt like a futon mattress. There is only one bathroom and one person can barely fit in it. The whole unit feels more dated than the pictures suggest. Lastly there is some bar just down the hill that was blaring music until 1:30AM on a Friday night. Would have been nice if that was mentioned in the listing or reviews. We got in on a Thursday and were supposed to leave on Sunday morning. We decided to fly back Saturday night instead of do our last night at the apartment. The location is great and an easy 3 min walk to Main Street. The rental company was very responsive and communicated well and the check-in process was easy. Other than that I would not recommend.

Cozy condo

Condo was in close proximity to Park City resort and to city center shopping and attractions. We did experience an issue however Host was available to get it resolved same day.
