Would rent again!
We had a wonderful time and felt that this townhome was spacious enough for 8 adults and two children. The large kitchen was perfect to cook in for our large group. Loved having our own private hot tub. Love the access to stores and restaurants. Would rent again.

10 of us enjoyed our stay at the bear hollow. Everything was easy to get to and the bus stop at the corner of the property made travel into the mountains a breeze. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great family vacation property and location
Bear Hollow is ideally located near Newpark restaurants, grocery store, shopping, recreation and the Olympic Park.I wish the community had pickleball courts, but they do have a small pool, basketball court and private hot tub. The home was perfectly laid out with plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms for our family of 7 adults and 2 small children. The only negative thing was when we called the property management company to fix the AC because it woudn't drop below 74 degrees in the main floor and they didn't come out to fix it. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. 2 minutes from Kimball Junction and 5 minutes from Park City downtown and Deer Valley.

The wifi never worked for us. We were unable to use the TV at all due to that. I rebooted the router several times and could see the wifi SSID and had the password but none of us were ever able to use it

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The rooms were quiet and dark, which was appreciated when staying with kids. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We appreciated all of the kid friendly dishes. I’m deducting a star because the listing was misleading on air conditioning. Only the upstairs level has AC. The main level and basement do not, and it got very hot on the main level. They do provide fans, but it was still a bit hotter than what we wanted. Also, their supplies were very minimal. There were only two extra trash bags in the unit, no laundry soap, a tiny dish soap, only two things of coffee, no napkins, no hand soap in kitchen, and only the cheapest tissues and toilet paper. They also advertise having games available, but there were only three in the unit, which felt misleading. We had trouble getting on the wifi since all of the passwords provided were incorrect, but the help center was able to provide us with the correct password. We worked with Randy and he was very responsive and friendly. (Another note, when traveling with kids, they will not be able to tell you if a pack and play is available until two hours before your arrival, which is unhelpful in planning.)
