    Abode at Watson House is perfectly situated just 0.5 blocks from Park City’s premier dining and a mere 1 block from the Town Lift at Park City Mountain. With over 2,000 square feet of living space across 3 levels, this expansive retreat features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. The outdoor living area is a true highlight, boasting a private hot tub and fire pit, ideal for gathering after a day on the slopes.



    The Space:

    Abode at Watson House could not be better situated to enjoy Park City to its fullest in all seasons. Known for its pristine mountains, vibrant ski scene, and miles of biking and hiking trails, this fully remodeled historical Park City landmark sits just half a block away from some of the best restaurants in town, with easy pedestrian access to the charming & lively Historic Main Street, and just one easy block to Park City Mountain’s Town Lift makes it nearly ski-in/ski-out. Four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a private hot tub, fire pit and outdoor living & entertaining space makes Abode at Watson House perfect for families or groups looking for an escape with room to spread out, accommodating up to 11 guests with over 2,000 square feet of living space across three levels.



    As you walk through the vibrant, stained-glass front door of your Abode, you’ll find that this historically preserved landmark maintains that vintage western, alpine charm that so defines Park City’s mining-boom era, and perfectly blends it with a mountain contemporary style & sophistication with modern furnishings and all the amenities of a home away from home. After a long day of adventure & exploration in the fresh mountain air, or an evening out on the town, Abode at Watson House provides the perfect setting for sharing downtime with loved ones with its open living room with smart TV, fireplace and cozy seating that spreads into the dining area which seats 10 guests and features a wet bar with wine fridge for all of your entertaining needs on the main level. Follow the hallway down to the fully renovated, gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and plenty of space to whip up some morning fuel or a filling feast for your friends & family. Off the kitchen you’ll find your own private oasis with a BBQ grill, outdoor living area and private hot tub to help you relax and recharge for another day in our all-season outdoor mecca.



    When it’s time to wind down for the night, you’ll find four well-appointed bedrooms sprawled across the home’s three levels, for your comfort & privacy. On the top level, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom, as well as the second guest room with a queen bed, two twin beds and a twin trundle to accommodate up to 5 guests, plus a smart TV & gaming console and an ensuite bathroom. The main level features the third guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full shared bath across the hall. The fourth bedroom, with a queen bed and full bathroom across the hall, is on the lower level along with the laundry room with a washer & dryer.



    Located less than a block away from Park City’s Mountain Resort’s Town Lift Plaza for easy ski access, Abode at Watson House is also near a pedestrian-only walkway that drops you right onto the heart of Main Street, and steps from the free Park City Transit stops to whisk you away to nearby Deer Valley Resort or Canyons Village, and a vehicle is not needed to navigate Park City with ease. For guests driving into town or who are looking to explore more of our wild Utah lands during your stay, the home does provide one on-street parking permit for 1 vehicle, however, please note that parking can be limited and not guaranteed.

House was wonderful and had everything we needed. Bunk room was super fun for the kids. Enjoyed our time sitting on the back porch in the hot tub!! Walk to all the restaurants!

Incredible home in a perfect location. The proximity to all of Park City's shopping, restaurants and nightlife was perfect. An easy drive to outdoor activities and other nearby attractions. The house itself was perfect with plenty of space to spread out and be comfy. Everything you need is there, including the amazing hot tub in the backyard. So perfect for our long weekend.

Watson house was great! The location was perfect and super walkable to everything on main street. The hot tub was warm and there were so many towels. The concierge was responsive and helpful! We had many questions (sometimes late at night) and they were always available to answer! Definitely stay here!

Watson Delivered!

Had a great four night stay at the Watson House. The house was perfect for our group of four but next time we’ll be eight and it will be perfect for that size. Very clean and well decorated - great bathrooms and outdoor area. Kitchen has everything and more that you might need to cook in or serve delivery. Next time we’re in Park City we’ll definitely look to book again. And… there’s no better location in town to hit the town lift or Main Street.

This place is such a gem! Everything was exactly as portrayed in listing. House is well laid out and beautifully renovated. Location is fabulous — Main Street access but quiet neighborhood feel. Ours was a ski trip and proximity to Town Lift was a huge plus as was the backyard hot tub oasis. We were six (ages 17 to mid-60s) and home felt spacious. The rooms were well-appointed and the four bathrooms were pristine and generously proportioned. Host was terrific and very responsive. They arranged for transportation, made great recommendations (you don't need a car, really). Super easy arrival/departure. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Exceptional Service, Prime Location, and Family-Friendly Amenities!

From beginning to end, the team at Abode was helpful and responsive. They proactively sent a menu of available baby items that greatly assisted our family traveling with a 7-month old. The home is located close to Main Street with tons of shops, bars and restaurants. Also nearby is the trolly stop, a free service of Park City to take you to the top of Main Street. The home was spotless and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor spa which was pre-heated on arrival. Abode even allowed us to check in a bit early. We couldn't have asked for more.

Abode at Watson House was the perfect stay for our girl's trip to Park City! The made the entire experience incredible from the moment we booked. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. They also reached out multiple times leading up to our stay to ask if we needed help with anything. It was so nice to be able to communicate quickly with them over text. The house was fully stocked! There wasn't one thing they didn't have in the house. Kitchen utensils, towels, laundry supplies, etc. You name it, they had it! The location was amazing! Walking distance to all the restaurants & shopping on Main Street was exactly what we were looking for. I can't recommend this property enough. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Park City and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Abode Luxury Rentals!

We had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend it. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect place to relax after exploring. The space was spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and the rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was the incredible location — it's hard to imagine a better spot. The neighborhood was super walkable, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved being able to step outside and explore without needing a car, yet still return to a peaceful and quiet home base. Overall, this property checked every box for us: cleanliness, comfort, style, and an awesome location. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Location! Location!

My family and two other families with kids aged 9 and 7 stayed at the Watson House and loved it! We were able to walk to town lift and catch the bus or take the lift. Downtown restaurants were just around the corner. Communication with property manager at check in was clear and open. House was very clean and fit our three families perfectly. We have been to park city many times and this house is our favorite. We will definitely book this property again!
