Centrally located in Park City’s Old Town, the ski slopes, as well as Historic Main Street are only a few blocks away. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this multi-level home is well loved for its incredible location and fabulous spacious interior, which can accommodate up to 15 guests.



    The Space:

    Experience the charm of quaint Historic Old Town while maximizing space, comfort and of course, luxury living. Centrally located in Park City’s Old Town, the ski slopes, as well as Historic Main Street are only a few blocks away. Whether you plan to take to the incredible mountains of Park City, or you prefer to immerse yourself in Park City culture, Abode at Snowdancer is in ideal basecamp for any experience! With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this multi-level home is well loved for its incredible location and fabulous spacious interior, which can accommodate up to 15 guests.



    As you walk into your Abode, the main living level features a truly great open floor plan welcoming you with a large living room, dining area and open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to make, serve and enjoy home-cooked meals the entire time during your stay. The dining table allows seating for 8 with additional seating provided at the bar-top.



    After the day’s adventures, this Park Ave home stands ready to relax and rejuvenate you for another day in this all-seasons playground. Mix up something refreshing and observe the hustle & bustle of the mountain town below from your front porch overlook. In the winter, relax your sore muscles in the hot tub or join the Sundance nightlife a couple steps away from your front door.



    When you’re ready to rest your head and recharge for another day, choose from one of five well-appointed bedrooms spread over the home's five spacious levels. On the fourth level, the master suite provides a thoughtful and comfortable living space with a king size bed, private balcony, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and full ensuite bath with double vanities, shower and deep soaking jetted tub to transport you to your own private spa experience anytime of the day. On the same floor a second suite with a queen bed offers a large private balcony. One more level up, a large suite with a twin over queen bunk bed and a queen bed welcomes the youngest ones. On the second level, a queen bedroom offers privacy and a cozy gas fireplace. Finally, in the lowest level, an expansive king ensuite bedroom with a twin and trundle bed for extra bedding.



    Located in Old Town, Abode at Snowdancer offers the best of both worlds. Guests have convenient access to skiing & snowboarding, as well as dining, shopping, spas and entertainment within a short walk from their doorstep. Also available for your convenience there is a garage parking for two vehicles, although with everything you want truly just a few steps away, you may find you don’t need a car at all!

Great house, great location. Had a little trouble with the access codes on arrival and then there was an issue with one of the sinks in the master bedroom, but they were very response and on top of it no matter when we texted them for assistance. Only very minor complaint from our group was that the water pressure could've been better. But seriously, we loved it. Can't beat how walkable it is around Park City and how much there is to do. Loved the number of bathrooms given it was a bachelorette trip.

The location of this property could not be better. Out of the fringe, but close enough to all the action. Easy to get in and out of park city. The house is clean, and well designed. Plenty of room for family time but also so that people could have privacy .

Awesome place for a large group and perfect location

We had a great time at this location. Walk to all Main street restaurants and Bars. Minutes to the town lift and Deer Valley shuttle is one block away as well. We actually returned one of our cars early because we used shuttles to get to DV and town lift for PC. Will definitely stay again!

I highly recommend staying here during your trip to Park City. The location was phenomenal, a 5-minute walk to a ton of great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful mountain surroundings. The house was gorgeous and the host was super responsive with any questions we had. Our visit was so incredible I can't wait to come back and stay at this property, or another Abode property, again.

Amazing Property

Perfect place to stay in Park City! We just used 3 of the bedrooms and everyone had plenty of room. The bed linens were very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed with lots of nice stemware (both wine and champagne glasses)--a nice touch. The furnishings feel brand new, and the main floor has a very nice, open feel. Location couldn't be better, within walking distance of 100 restaurants, and we even watched the July 4th parade from our front porch. The property management team was extremely helpful and responsive and made the stay very easy. We will definitely return.

Great location

We are a group of guys that travel every year to different parts of the country to play golf. The most popular comment I heard was that this house was the best house yet. Great layout, great location and we made great use of the balcony overlooking the street. If we come back to Park City, this is where we will stay.

We will definitely be back!

The house is perfectly located for access to both downtown Park City and to Town Lift. Basically, it is ski-in, ski-out (with a super short walk) but also right next to shopping, bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Perfect for our large family with adult kids. The home is spacious with great sleeping options. The living area is great for games, dinners, hot tubbing, etc. We will definitely be back!

The house is perfectly located- Main Street is one block, the bus stop is 1/2 block and access to the ski slope 3 houses. The house had plenty of space for 9 adults and one 3-year old. The kitchen was equipped for us to cook a couple of dinners. We had a wonderful time.
