« Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! That was definitely the highlight for us. Plenty of space for them to run around. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. I would have left 5 stars, but have to rate it overall 4 for the hot tub not being clean (had dirt and leaves in it so we did not use it) and window AC units needed a good cleaning. Other than that, overall a good place to stay in the area, especially with pets! »

« Really more of a 4.5 than a 4 but VRBO doesn’t allow a half option lol.Laura was super responsive before, during and after our trip and was very accommodating when we accidentally left an important item. « Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! We will return soon. »
