Despite its central location, the apartment offers a peaceful and tranquil setting. It overlooks an inner courtyard, providing a quiet retreat away from the activity of the city. After a day of sightseeing, guests can return to the apartment and enjoy a calm and comfortable environment.

The apartment features a spacious living room, a separate dining area with seating for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two private bathrooms, one shared bathroom, and two separate WCs. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the living room can be transformed into an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed for two guests.

The apartment is ideal for six guests and can accommodate up to eight guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends travelling together. Every detail has been considered to provide a comfortable stay, including 5-star bedding, bed and bath linen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washer-dryer, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooking plates, combination microwave oven, cookware, and a safe. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided upon request.

For added convenience, the apartment is supplied with essential toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Guests can enjoy the comforts of a well-equipped home while having the freedom to explore Paris at their own pace.

Check-in is designed to be simple and convenient. Before your arrival, we will provide all the necessary access information along with a video guide to help you through the check-in process. The keys are collected from a secure key box located inside the building, and the access code will be provided before your arrival. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessed by stairs. Although the building has an elevator, please note that some stairs are required to reach it.

If you need luggage storage, we can help arrange the collection of your luggage before arrival or after departure. Please contact our team in advance if you would like to use this service.

Parking is convenient, with several paid options available nearby, including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. The building also offers convenient street access, and taxis can drop guests off directly in front of the building.

We kindly ask guests to treat the apartment with care and return it in the same condition in which it was found. Parties, gatherings, events, and professional photo shoots are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and music is not permitted during these hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and building, and only registered guests who have provided the required identification may access the property.

Please note that identity documents are required for all adult guests. Lost keys incur a €190 replacement fee, and professional cleaning is carried out before arrival and after departure.
