The Space

One of the apartment's most distinctive features is its magnificent 35 m² landscaped terrace. Complete with an outdoor dining area and surrounded by greenery, this private outdoor space is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the fresh air, reading a book, or unwinding after a busy day sightseeing. It offers a wonderful sense of calm rarely found in central Paris accommodation.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or enjoying dinner with family and friends, the kitchen provides both convenience and functionality.

The duplex features four bedrooms, including one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with one single bed each, and an additional bedroom with two single beds. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is spread across two floors connected by stairs. Due to the staircases, the property is not suitable for young children or guests with reduced mobility. On-site parking is not available.

A gardener visits on Tuesday mornings between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM to maintain the terrace and water the indoor plants.
