Historic Luxury 4-Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Paris

Ideally located in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre and the charming Marais neighborhood, this beautifully renovated apartment offers an exceptional setting for discovering the city. Set within a historic building dating back to 1800, the apartment has been thoughtfully redesigned by architects to blend the grandeur of its heritage with colorful, contemporary interiors.

Each of the four bedrooms provides a comfortable and intimate retreat, while the spacious living room creates the perfect place to relax and gather with family or friends after a day exploring Paris. With its character, modern comforts, and central location, this apartment offers an authentic and memorable Parisian experience.

The apartment features a welcoming living room, a dining room with seating for up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two private en-suite bathrooms, one shared bathroom, and a separate WC, providing convenience for larger groups.

The four bedrooms are arranged with one queen-size bed in the first bedroom, which has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another queen-size bed in the second bedroom, which features a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed. The living room can also be converted into an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed suitable for two guests.

The apartment is ideal for 8 guests and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with premium bed and bath linen, 5-star bedding, toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, a washer-dryer, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooking plates, combination microwave oven, and a selection of cookware and kitchen essentials. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request, and a safe is provided for your valuables.

These services are available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance with our team.

Before your arrival, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment, along with a video guide to make your check-in as easy as possible. Key collection instructions and the access code will be provided before arrival.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by approximately 30 steps. Guests should take this into consideration when booking, particularly if traveling with young children, heavy luggage, or anyone with reduced mobility.

Parking is available near the apartment, with several paid options including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. The location is also convenient for street access, and taxis can drop guests off directly in front of the building.

We kindly ask guests to take good care of the apartment and return it in the same condition in which they found it. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply in cases of damage or non-compliance with the house rules.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and music is not permitted during these hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building. Only registered guests who have provided the required identification may access the apartment. Events and professional photo or video shoots are not permitted, as the apartment is intended exclusively for residential stays.

Please note that identity documents are required for all adult guests prior to arrival. Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival and after every departure.
