Before your arrival, we will provide all the information you need to access the apartment, together with a video guide to make your check-in as easy and convenient as possible. Keys are collected from a secure key box located inside the building, with the access code provided before your arrival. The apartment is located on the second floor. An elevator is available in the building, although guests should note that some stairs are required to reach it.

When entering or leaving the building, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of the other residents and keep noise to a minimum in the common areas.

Several paid parking options are available nearby, including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. The location also offers convenient street access, with taxi drop-off available directly in front of the building.

Guests are kindly asked to take good care of the apartment and return it in the same condition in which they found it. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply in the event of damage or non-compliance with the house rules.

For the comfort of the neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and music is not permitted during these hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building. Only registered guests who have provided the required identification may access the apartment. Events and professional photo or video shoots are not permitted, as the apartment is intended exclusively for residential use.
