The Space:

The apartment includes:

- A living room: equipped with a sofa bed that converts for 2 people, a Smart TV, storage space, and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

- A Bedroom: featuring a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm / 63x79 in) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding, a ceiling fan, and storage space.

- An open-plan equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.

- A dining area: a foldable table provides a comfortable spot for meals and folds down to free up space when not in use

- A bathroom: bathtub, hair dryer, soap, and shampoo.

- A separate toilet.



Included:

- Sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

- Laundry equipment: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

- Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)

- Breakfast starter box (coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits)

Booking requirements:

- No security deposit required

- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
