A separate dining room provides a wonderful setting for shared meals, with seating for up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before heading out or having a relaxed dinner at home.

The apartment includes one bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. Please note that the bathroom itself does not include a toilet.

The apartment is located in a heritage building constructed in 1830. The building stands along a historic road named after the ferry established around 1550 on what is now the Quai Voltaire. This ferry was once used to transport stone blocks for the construction of the Tuileries Palace, adding an intriguing historical connection to the surrounding area.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by approximately 15 steps.
