« This house is an amazing property. It is peaceful and quiet and nice to come back to after a day of running. It is well stocked and very comfortable. We didnt cook much as we were there to spend time with family, but the one time that we did, i had no problem finding what i needed, such as pans and utensils. « What a wonderful getaway! Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you will need along with a gorgeous view of Lawrence Lake. Great fishing and so relaxing so sit on the deck and enjoy the wildlife and views or unwind in the hot tub after a day of catching fish right outside your backdoor. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort). « Overall this property was ok. Our biggest complaints are that after multiple messages, texts & phone calls, we never were able to get a hold of the property manager. We had questions throughout our stay, and a jacket was accidentally left by one of our kids & we cannot get a hold of anyone to try & recover it. This is disappointing! We even called VRBO customer service w to attempt to reach them & they were no help at all either. Second, there are ZERO window coverings, even in the bedrooms....

« There are some rentals where they give you barely enough (i.e. 3 towels, 12 knives, 4 spoons, and 1 fork) but that is NOT this rental. This rental seriously has MORE than ANYTHING you could need. We appreciated the abundance of towels/washcloths, eating utensils, outdoor seating, etc. The owner shares the duplex and should anything go wrong, I am confident she would make it right. She is a delightful person and wants to make sure your visit is more than you expect. She is very accommodating...

« This was our second stay here with the same host. First off, communication with Chad was excellent and check-in/out was seamless. The house is well-maintained and very clean. The pool is as well. Unfortunately, this spring break trip was plagued with snow and rain, so we did not get an opportunity to be outdoors much. The pool was a welcome distraction!
