« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « I lover the place, very, very beautiful. But staff don't speak english much. But the place it fantastic, it is so beautiful cover in snow breakfast and dinner are all inclusive, I didn't know until I find the place to eat . You need to mark advance booking, that all. « 其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了 »

« I recently stayed at this wonderful Japanese onsen hotel for five nights for the second time, and it was just as amazing as my first visit. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff was always welcoming and attentive. I absolutely loved the set dinners, which featured delicious kaiseki cuisine that showcased local flavors. The onsen experience was also fantastic, providing a perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return! »

« The view of the slopes was fantastic. The room was adequately spacious. We love that each room had lockers for our ski gear. Of course, the best part of this hotel is that you can just walk out of the hotel straight to the ski lifts. Outside of skiing, it's convenient that we can just walk around the massive building complex to shop or eat. »
